What a wonderful hotel!! Stay in prada suite and here for my birthday celebration and they give me a special surprise (mini decoration, mirror art, and welcome cake). The restaurant (especially breakfast), infinity swimming pool, gym, and all facilities are great!! The service also excellent, thankyou for all the team especially Kak Vei, so friendly and helpful💗✨

I had a wonderful 4-night stay at this hotel with my mother and sister. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived, and all the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food options, and we looked forward to it every morning. The hotel facilities were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. We felt very welcomed and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Thank you for making our family trip so pleasant and memorable. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we visit Jakarta in the future and highly recommend it to other travelers from Malaysia.

My stay started off on a rough note — a long check-in process (I couldn't get into my room until 4:00 PM), being repeatedly offered a smoking room that didn't match my reservation, and a room that fell short on cleanliness. What truly turned things around, though, was the way the hotel responded. Desi, the Guest Experience Manager, personally reached out, offered a sincere and heartfelt apology, and took genuine ownership of the situation. She followed up promptly and thoughtfully, arranging a late check-out and complimentary dimsum to make things right. This kind of attentive, personal service is rare, and it speaks volumes about how much the team actually cares about their guests. I'm genuinely grateful for the care shown, and it's exactly why I'm happy to update my review. With continued attention to the front office and housekeeping, this hotel has real potential to shine.

This was my third staycation at Merlynn Park Hotel Jakarta, and once again, it was a wonderful experience. The check-in process remains fast and efficient. Even if there is a short wait, the spacious lobby with its comfortable sofas, along with the welcome snacks and drinks, makes the waiting time very pleasant. The swimming pool is well-maintained, and there are plenty of poolside chairs available, so even when the pool is busy, there is still enough seating for guests. The gym facilities are also quite complete, although some updates to the dumbbell equipment would be appreciated. There was a small issue with my room upon arrival, but the response and support from the hotel team were outstandingly fast. I would like to especially thank Flo (Guest Relations), Angela and Indah (Reception), and Dany (Bell Boy). Their quick assistance ensured that my family and I still had a very enjoyable staycation, just like our previous visits. During breakfast at the restaurant, a staff member named Ridho greeted me warmly. I was pleasantly surprised that he still remembered me, even though it had been quite some time since my last visit. This time, there was plenty of markisa fruit available at breakfast, and the restaurant staff happily provided it for my family. We were even able to request more when we wanted to enjoy it again! The team at Merlynn Park Hotel truly delivers a great hospitality experience. I will definitely come back again.
