Just across a big mall, close to motorways junctions, very attentive staff who would make attempt to assist you from start to end. Breakfast is good quality and taste, good variety. My feedback is to take step further on top on what already good here. For customers that stays long stay or bring significant custom/ business, discretionally give or do some token of appreciation by extra small service or upgrade to make customers remember this hotel and consider them in the future.
We had a lovely stay at Mercure Tangerang BSD City! The hospitality was excellent, and a special thanks to Mas Hendrik for being so helpful throughout our stay. 😊 We stayed in the Junior Suite, and the room was super comfortable, spacious, and came with a bathtub. The hot water was consistent and worked perfectly. We also received plenty of complimentary drinks and snacks, which was a really nice touch! Breakfast was delicious, with lots of options to choose from. The facilities were great too, including a swimming pool, padel court, gym, playground, and arcade. Definitely a great option for a family staycation, as there are plenty of activities for both adults and kids. This was our second stay here, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. Looking forward to our third visit! 😊
Overall, the hotel was quite good. The rooms were nice and had good views. It's located near ICE and AEON shopping mall, within walking distance. However, the internet speed was very slow, especially at night when many people were using it simultaneously. I even had to create a hotspot using my phone to work on my laptop. The staff were friendly and helpful.
I was having a breakfast only as walk in customer. The breakfast was nice and completed. Even though I didn’t try it all, so far the omelette is fluffy and fully, also the meatball soup was nice. The ambience was really perfect, for slow and quiet morning. I love the choice of coffee, I can have my espresso on the rock. Thank you for Mba Eca / Ersa, for your hospitality
I recently stayed at the Mercure Tangerang BSD City for a business trip this June, and it was a thoroughly pleasant experience. I booked a Junior Suite, and the room was truly impressive—exceptionally spacious, impeccably clean, and designed for comfort. It provided the perfect environment to unwind after a busy day of work. The breakfast spread was also excellent, offering a great selection of high-quality food to start the day right. I want to extend my sincere appreciation to the entire team at Mercure Tangerang BSD City for their hospitality throughout my stay. In particular, I would like to give a special shoutout to Putra from the front desk. During my check-out, the concierge was temporarily unavailable, and Putra went above and beyond by personally coming up to my room to assist with my luggage. His attention to detail and willingness to help made my departure seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, whether for business or leisure. I look forward to my next stay.
