The check in was smooth, we were given free gelato (for every account registered in Accor), breakfast was fab (my parents were very satisfied with their breakfast), we enjoyed the some facilities & some activities that the hotel provided. As the hotel located inside Ancol, we also enjoyed a night & morning walk around Ancol. However, maybe the entertainment room needs more maintenance as some game can not be played.
Had a stay here with family and friends. Rooms are spacious and clean. Views of the sea are good. The in house spa offers a relaxing service. Walkable distance to the beach and other activities.
We had a wonderful stay at Mercure Ancol while celebrating our wedding anniversary. The team made the occasion extra special with a lovely complimentary cake and a thoughtful handwritten note. It was such a pleasant surprise and a truly heartwarming gesture.

I stay for 2 nights during my kids holiday. From the first, I already warm welcome by the security team, my check in was smooth and well explained regarding the facilities and hotel events. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable with an ocean view. The housekeeping was good too, quick response, and always did greetings when they met guests at the rooms corridor. The breakfast was great, the taste was good and plenty of options and the waiters are helpful though. The playground and the foam party was fantastic which made my daughter so happy to stay in here. It was a really excellent stay for me and my family. Once again thank you to Mr. Herry for the very very very good services and made a memorable staycation for me and my family.

The biggest highlight is definitely the kids entertainment facilities. There were plenty of activities to keep the children engaged, from face and hand painting, balloon art, to arcade games. For families with young kids, this hotel offers great value and convenience.

I truly appreciate the team's attention to detail during stay period 14-16 June 2026. My requests for a high-floor room, Hollywood bed setup, mirror art, and birthday compliment were all accommodated nicely, making the stay feel extra special.
The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was included for 2 adults and 2 children, and the additional complimentary activities for kids made the overall package feel like an excellent deal.
Location-wise, it's a one-stop holiday destination in Jakarta. Easy access to various attractions while still offering plenty of activities within the hotel area itself.
Overall, a great family-friendly hotel with excellent value for money. We would happily stay here again.
