Thank you so much for the wonderful surprise you prepared for our 29th wedding anniversary. Decorating our room before my wife checked in was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture.
My wife was absolutely delighted, and your kindness made our special day even more memorable. We truly appreciate the care, creativity, and genuine hospitality you put into making this celebration so meaningful.
Thank you once again, Wulan, and the entire Front Office team, for your outstanding service and for creating such a beautiful memory for us. It is sincerely appreciated.
"Staying at Marbella was really fun for the family. The facilities were nothing special, but you can tell Marbella's been fighting hard to bounce back after COVID hit the resort. The staff were so friendly it made up for the slightly creepy vibe from some of the run-down buildings. We'll definitely be back with an even bigger family group someday."
A comfortable hotel with a direct view of the beach/sea. A perfect holiday spot for the family.
Best place to live, private beach access, nice food options, family suites available at reasonable prices.
only Wifi needs to be improved 😊
Marbella Place Anyer by Jayakarta offers a glimpse into its once-glorious past, with architecture and interiors that reflect a charming Italian theme. Nestled right in front of a public beach, the location provides easy access to the sea, though it’s not a private beachfront. The hotel’s design and spacious rooms, furnished with elegant pieces, evoke a sense of nostalgia and hint at its former prestige.
While the property shows signs of aging and appears to be facing challenges in upkeep, the staff make up for it with their warm hospitality and helpful attitude. Every team member we encountered was courteous and eager to assist, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay.
The on-site restaurant serves decent meals, offering good flavors and a pleasant dining experience. Though the variety may be limited, the quality is satisfying for the price point. Overall, Marbella Place Anyer provides good value for money, especially for travelers seeking a relaxing beachside getaway without breaking the bank.
With a bit more attention to maintenance and staffing, this hotel has the potential to reclaim its former glory. For now, it remains a charming, budget-friendly option with a rich history and a beautiful seaside setting.
