Le Mansion Senapati Jakarta was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. They advertise themselves as a 4-star hotel, but if I could give 0 stars, I would.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the shower and bathroom were dirty, and the towels looked like they hadn’t been replaced in years. The shower barely worked, with almost no water pressure at all. On top of that, there wasn’t even an iron or ironing board available, which is basic for any decent hotel.
I originally booked for 2 nights but checked out after the first night because I simply couldn’t stay there any longer. Very disappointing experience and definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
A solid and comfortable stay right in the heart of the business district. Perfect for official trips—rooms are clean, well-maintained, and offer a pleasant experience. The property also features a nice sit-out area, a small gym, and a meeting room, adding to the overall convenience. Plenty of food and shopping options are available nearby, which is a big plus. Room service is prompt and reliable. The only thing to note is that breakfast is à la carte (not buffet), so a bit of wait time is expected. Overall, a convenient and dependable choice for business travelers.
I love this place especially the location because it's so close to many restaurants, cafes, even bars or clubs. If you wanna spend your time in Jakarta without car just book a room, and you can just go anywhere by walking. It's like in every corner there're always a cafe or restaurant
I came here for iftar with my fellow collegues from work. The place is nice with although the price is very affordable. Really support our activity by let us alone to finish our iftar and yes, me and some of my friends can enjoy gym facilities.
The meerting room is also convenient, with 4 LCD TV connected each other make the iftar become more entertaining
Came here not for the hotel, but for the karaoke room with a few colleagues after work. The ambience was really comfy and convenient, perfect for winding down after a long day.
However, the karaoke system definitely needs improvement. The monitor wasn’t working smoothly, and the interface made it hard to search for specific songs it kept going back to the default display, which was a bit frustrating.
As for the LC, she seemed quite inexperienced maybe a bit too young for the role (she mentioned she was born in 2004?). She wasn’t familiar with most song titles, didn’t really assist with the setup, and wasn’t proactive with the service (like pouring drinks, etc.). In the end, my friends kindly asked to have her replaced. #sorrynotsorry
That being said, the overall service from the waiters, guest relation, and receptionist was great; very attentive and welcoming. So there’s definitely potential here if a few things get improved.
