Wow, the place is getting older and kind of neglected now... It used to be the best place in town (eventhough it's not technically in the town from administrative point of view).

Location good for golfers n going airport. Breakfast menu is delicious. Ambience on landscape is good but room maintenance definitely below average. Been staying there few times and each time I go the maintenance deteriorates. Shower piping is so noisy, carpets all stained, water tap mix doesn't work well. Mineral water bottle cost 12 times more than outside.

It clearly once a great hotel. It's still great, but less maintained. The room is spacious, bed was great. But the breakfast was not reflects 5 star hotel. Location is far far away from city center. Water park was closed due to renovation. Gym have been closed since covid. Pool was relatively small. And for room called suites, it only have tiny fridge. The others was just fine

comfortable, clean and quiet. a nice place to spend a quality time with family. swimming pool is not crowded in weekdays, we feels like we have our own pool because nobody there. breakfast is not bad, we had little option to eat in the restaurant at the moment we stay, it might because the weekdays. weekend may be better. we plan to visit labersa again some day next year.

This hotel really need trash bin. There’s no trash bin except in toilet -_- The foods are delicious! Even though for 5 star hotels, it’s not so vary. Even my sister can eat all the food that they served :P For the pool, it’s too small I think. Well, I know there’s Labersa waterpark, but I think it will more convenient if they have an adult pool inside the hotel though. Some of the TV not work properly. And the front desk kinda weird in case of decide room number for the guest, especially for guest that book more than 1 rooms. After all, this hotel really clean & I love it!
