We had a wonderful stay at Keraton at The Plaza. The service has been exceptional, with great attention to even the smallest details. A special mention to Danu, our room attendant, who noticed that I was taking a lot of medication and thoughtfully provided extra bottles of mineral water, together with a handwritten note wishing me good health. It was such a simple gesture, but it genuinely made me feel well cared for. This kind of personal touch is what makes a hotel stay truly memorable. Thank you, Danu, and the Keraton team for the warm hospitality. We will definitely look forward to staying here again. ❤️

Everything was perfect at this hotel. From the one who helped us check in, the welcome drink, the breakfast, the dinner and to every single staff member there - everyone was so warm and kind and very accommodating. Keep the service at this level and we will keep coming here and spread the words around. Wandaka specifically was very nice to assist us and suggests us places to go and willing to offer to susun the itinerary for us. Another hotelier wearing thick glasses (i am sorry i didnt see your name 😭) is alsooo so good to help us take our shopping items (we bought way too many) straight to our room. Our stay at Keraton at the Plaza was incredible! The hotel beautifully accommodated our requests for an anniversary treat, a special cake, and a teepee tent, and even gave us a generous upgrade to a room with a stunning corner city view. While the room amenities might not feature famous luxury labels since the hotel uses its own brand, the selection is incredibly complete. The thoughtful inclusion of Epsom salt, along with an abundance of extra towels and bath mats, made the room feel wonderfully comfortable and well-stocked. The full-board dining was outstanding. Breakfast was a highlight with a fantastic kids' menu and endless beverage options. Lunch felt a bit crowded due to the launch of their new August Brunch, but the overall food quality remained excellent. A great perk is the interconnected access to the Grand Hyatt. Just a heads-up for families: the route isn't very stroller-friendly as it involves stairs and a small elevator. What truly sets this hotel apart is the phenomenal staff. They made our stay feel so personal. When our little one got fussy at dinner, a staff member instantly brought over a jelly sticker toy to cheer them up! Don't hesitate to bring your kids here. While Keraton has fewer dedicated children's facilities than other hotels, the extraordinary warmth of the staff and the shared access to the Grand Hyatt make it an unforgettable family experience!

We had a fantastic stay at Keraton Jakarta from start to finish! The wonderful hospitality began right at check-in with Abel, who made the process incredibly smooth and welcoming. The excellent service continued this morning during breakfast at Selera Keraton, thanks to Anam, who was highly attentive, professional, and went above and beyond. Finally, our check-out was handled beautifully by Gabriel, who was efficient, friendly, and sent us off with a warm smile.
