Everything we hoped for and more! Our connecting room request was handled perfectly — no issues at all. Our return visit for 2 nights 2 rooms from 08-10Aug, we were even given the same familiar room. Staff are so polite and helpful, breakfast is tasty and well‑served, and the location is so convenient. Will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Stayed here with some friends over the weekend. Very good location. Nagoya mall is 5 mins walk. Hotel is very clean. Rooms are comfy n good. Only the bath room design needs improvement as water flows out during shower. Breakfast was just OK. Resto good was not bad. Overall very good value for money
I am from Singapore, Organize a event in I Hotel Nagoya. Mr Nino and his team is so good , they are so super , Well decorate the ballroom , Food is well prepared. Mr Nino is so responsibility and fast reply with all my request (2month ago) I am keep disturbing him . He is very professional and cool . I am so happy and all my guests are so enjoyed that nite . Give him a big thanks and 6 stars . Ms Yuni is in charge of my booking of my 2 rooms . She well reserve the room for me which like 2 months again . I couldn't get a chance to see her . Deeply appreciated for her responsibility without only delay during my check in on the 3/07 . Thank you all the front desk ladies and Gentlemen too . I have a great stay in IHotel . We had a very good stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, even with 1 extra bed added. Everything was clean and the interiors looked modern and well maintained. I booked a Deluxe Non-Smoking Room and it met our expectations. One of the best parts is the location — Nagoya Hill Mall is within walking distance, with convenient back door access directly to the mall and other shops (massage, indomart) walking distance (opposite) to love seafood restaurant (rate 3stars), massage centre, self laundry and other shops. It was also super easy to get Grab rides, usually less than 4 minutes waiting time from the hotel. The lobby was welcoming and gave a nice first impression. I also liked that the bathroom had a separate shower area and bathtub instead of a shower inside the bathtub The only area that could be improved is the breakfast menu, which felt quite basic and limited. Overall, still a pleasant and convenient stay.
