Best hospitality ever. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. Thank you Mr. Umar who was provided excellent service during our breakfast. The location of the hotel is great.
The staff served well both at the front line and in the breakfast area, one of the staff who greeted us was Yesi (Diah). However, it is very unfortunate that the quality of the facilities and cleanliness of the rooms and hotel areas do not reflect the Hotel Santika as I know it. The condition of my room in 226, there were some dirty walls, the condition of the mattress and pillows was not good, the bathroom facilities seemed old and poorly maintained.
Luckily I got room in new building. It was good. The front office team (Mas Hedi) was very helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast is quite good. Overall it was comfortable while staying here.
Staff are nice and friendly. I actually like my room because it’s located right by the pool. But Please keep the room and bathroom clean. Please do serious cleaning. The bathroom smells like mold.
I also found some dirt on the TV rack. The faucet on my bath tub was rusty & dirty so the water got dirty. It is unacceptable.
I was stay for business trip here. On arrival my reservation was not recorded, so the front office staff need to settle this first. Not long waiting he can finally find my booking, problem solved.
My stay itself went well. The room though feels 'old' but clean and well maintained, including the bathroom. Location close to airport, bit outside from Pangkalpinang city, but still easy to go anywhere from this hotel. Overall this is value for money hotel and recommended from me.
