Exceptional Service that Truly Felt Like Home! We recently stayed at Hotel Indigo Bintan to celebrate our 6th wedding anniversary, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience. A special and heartfelt shoutout goes to Ms. Heny (Room Division Manager), who has been in constant contact with me via email since February 2026 to help coordinate room decor for our special occasion. Her dedication set the tone even before we arrived. Walking into our room, we were completely blown away to find a custom video prepared on the TV screen just for us—it was such an amazing, emotional moment for my wife and a truly unforgettable welcome. Ms. Heny also went above and beyond to help us secure two spa bookings for my wife. Since we missed out on the spa during our previous visit, this thoughtful touch meant the world to us. Throughout our stay, the rest of the team ensured we had a wonderful time, going above and beyond by addressing us warmly by name and making us feel so comfortable, just like being at home. We want to express a special thank you to Ms. Helen, Mr. Tommy, and everyone else on the team (whose names we unfortunately can't all recall). While we did encounter a few minor hiccups during our stay, we were thoroughly impressed by the engineering team, who responded swiftly and resolved everything efficiently. As a family with children, everyone had an absolute blast. The kids spent endless hours having fun at the pool, the beach, and the Kid’s club, ensuring there was never a dull moment for the little ones. Thank you, Hotel Indigo Bintan team, for making our 6th anniversary so magical. We cannot wait to return!

Our stay at @hotelindigo.bintan was such a lovely experience. 🤍 We were so grateful to be able to check in early shortly after arriving at the hotel, and enjoy a late check-out just before our ferry departure, such a thoughtful touch that made our short getaway feel so much more relaxed. The room was beautiful, comfortable and thoughtfully designed, with lovely personal touches throughout. ✨ What stood out most was the warm and attentive service. The staff remembered us throughout our stay, which made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Special thanks to Mr Bambang his exemplary service. Staff were very friendly and warm. Service was exceptional. Rooms were well sized and clean. Good range/variety of food selection. Location was great (external day trips pick ups within hotel's location) and 10 mins drive away from the Ferry. Hotel is quiet and does not have a large number of other guests which is preferred. Booked SPA/Massage service from the affiliated hotel over at HolidayInn and it was very good.

Spending the long weekend here with my family. We arrived at the ferry terminal and were greeted by the Hotel Indigo welcome staff right after clearing immigration and customs. The free shuttle took us directly to the hotel, which was just a 10min drive away. The check-in process was smooth, and our room was already prepared when we arrived. While I was busy at the counter, my daughter was already in the air-conditioned area making a kite with other kids, fully facilitated by the hotel staff. Our room was modern, clean, and quite spacious, featuring a balcony with a nice sea view. The hotel has two swimming pools that my daughter really enjoyed. Both pools have a bar with their own distinct happy hours. The Voyage Bar runs its happy hour between 2pm and 4pm, while the Tiki Bar has theirs from 4pm to 6pm, offering a 3-for-2 deal on selected cocktails. The buffet breakfast was a bit of a letdown. There was not a lot of variety, and the quality of the food was just so-so. Not bad, but just okay. As Hotel Indigo guests, we were allowed access to the facilities at the neighboring Holiday Inn, so we went to the pools there on our second day. Unfortunately, they were out of pool towels and told us fresh ones would arrive in 20 minutes. Half an hour later, there were still no towels. When I asked the staff again, they explained that the laundry vendor had not delivered enough fresh towels and they didn't know when any would be available. It was the first time I have ever experienced a hotel pool running out of towels for guests, though to be fair, this happened at the Holiday Inn and not the property we were staying at. Overall, the service at the Hotel Indigo itself was really good. The staff were all very accommodating and polite. Given the close proximity to the ferry terminal, the good service, well-appointed guest rooms, and beachfront views, I would definitely stay here again.
