Good points • The room and common areas were very clean. • The staff were polite and professional. Areas for improvement • Poor soundproofing: Noise from neighbouring rooms was clearly audible. • Pillows: The pillows had an unpleasant smell. • Clearing dishes prematurely: On one occasion, a waiter cleared my dishes while I had briefly stepped away to get something. I had deliberately left my jacket on the chair to indicate that I was still using the table. I would appreciate greater attention to guests’ belongings and whether they have finished their meals before clearing the table. • Room allocation: I requested a quieter room through Agoda. However, my room was noisy, with traffic noise continuing past midnight. Perhaps a room on the opposite side of the hotel, away from the main road, could have been assigned to me to better accommodate my request

Such a great hotel and SO ACCESSIBLE to Blok M! Rooms are clean and beds were SUPER comfy and soft. We weren’t expecting breakfast to be included as well, but the spread was amazing. The photos of the hotel online looked old, so we were a little reluctant to book at first. But no regrets at all! Loved the place and would defo come back again ✨🌈🦋

I'm feel honour and comfortable when step in the hotel lobby for the first time. Feel the relexing vibes with the nice music melody as a background. Your front door staff and receptionist welcomed me with a great prosperity and an honesty. The hotel room service provided are an excellent with high an expectation from the newby client. The breakfast menu provided at this hotel cafe are great and delicious every day. I will love to come to this hotel again in future and really recommend my family and friends to enjoy your great accommodation services.

I stayed there like almost a week, and I had great experience there. The location is very strategic near the public transportation like TJ Bus, MRT station with great environment. The staff and employees are friendly and helpful. I found it that they're very heedful and considered to me that make me feel comfortable. Don't forget the facilities are amazing and adequate like spa, gym, lounge and pool, in my opinion the services they provide nearly perfect to me.
