Had a lovely stay at Gran Mahakam Jakarta, the room was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. From Alissa at the front desk to the best omelette chef I have had for quite some time, had to have a second one.
I had my first day there planned as a relaxation day and achieved this goal by getting a 1 hour massage and then a body scrub at the Gran Mahakam spa. Een was my masseuse and was absolutely delightful, a perfect relaxing massage and a wonderful body scrub leaving my skin very smooth and soft. Very grateful to Een for helping me succeed in my plan of being relaxed.
All in all very happy with our stay here and will definitely book here again when we return to Jakarta.
