Had a wonderful stay at HARRIS Hotel Batam Center! ❤️ The customer service was excellent, especially Trestha, who was so friendly, helpful and welcoming. She really made my stay extra pleasant. The breakfast was superb too, especially the nasi goreng — absolutely delicious! Thank you for the great hospitality. Will definitely come back again!

Convenient location and thoughtful service Harris is always a convenient choice whenever I’m in Batam. I’ve stayed here many times, and this visit stood out because of a simple but meaningful act of service. One of the staff members noticed that we were carrying a lot of bags and proactively offered us a complimentary ride to the ferry terminal. We didn’t even have to ask. Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to get his name, but I truly appreciate his thoughtfulness. It’s these small gestures that make a stay memorable and reflect genuine hospitality. The hotel is beginning to show some signs of age, and a refresh or renovation would certainly enhance the overall experience. That said, the convenient location and attentive service continue to make it a reliable choice whenever I visit Batam.

After our long journey from Singapore to Batam, Mr. Alvano warmly welcomed us with a friendly smile and professional attitude, making us feel comfortable the moment we arrived. He was also very accommodating in fulfilling our room view request, which made our stay even more enjoyable. His excellent customer service, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality truly reflect the high standards of HARRIS Hotel. Thank you, Mr. Alvano, for making our visit such a pleasant and memorable experience. We highly recommend HARRIS Hotel Batam Center to anyone visiting Batam. Although the hotel itself is a little dated and the room condition was average, I really want to compliment the excellent service from the front desk team, especially Trestha and Jo Jo. When we returned at the official check-in time, our assigned room wasn’t ready due to a late checkout from the previous guest (which was understandable). Jo Jo handled it very well , he offered us an alternative connecting room and even encouraged us to view it first and decide comfortably, with the option to change again if needed. We accepted the room , however in the night we noticed some room issues and the next day Trestha was incredibly helpful in arranging a room change despite it being our last night. She followed up afterwards and genuinely cared about our stay experience. Their professionalism and service recovery really stood out and made a big difference. If I return in the future, it would honestly be because of the service from staff like Trestha and Jo Jo. (As for breakfast — personally, I’d skip it unless it’s included, since there are many food options around Batam.)
