Great place to stay, the staff are nice. Facility were great, and the bed was greatly comfortable.

A very memorable experience, this was my second time staying at Harper Palembang. The cleanliness of the hotel/room was excellent, the variety and taste of the food were very good, and the service was extremely friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Yansari, the Manager on duty today. Going forward, I will continue to stay at Harper whenever I am in Palembang.

the hotel is located near the overpass or flyover. there's a bank and convenient store nearby. it's also not too far from palembang trade center mall. they have garden inside the hotel, near the reception area. it makes the area bright. they also have liquor store at the front area. the room is rather small but it's clean and tidy. the bed and pillows are comfortable. for the breakfast, the food is delicious. they have indonesian food, and also palembang food like pempek. what i really like about this hotel is the staff hospitality. all of them are really helpful, from the marketing agent, the reception, and the cleaning staff. everytime i asked for help, they would do their best to help me.
