My experience here was not great. The rooms were disappointing; they felt neglected and unclean. The service was acceptable, neither exceptional nor poor, just adequate. However, the location was quite convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. 😕 The room conditions definitely need improvement. 🧹🛏️

Recommend to stay at Harmoni One Hotel Batam. The room is quite old, but everything was still functioning well and it was very spacious and comfortable. Location just closed to Dataran Engku Putri, Batam Centre Ferry Terminal and newest mall One Batam Mall. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast and their bamboo resto. There was a wide variety of food to choose, and a special shout-out to the noodle station. The hotel lobby looks luxurious and gives a great first impression. However, I found the front desk a little confusing. Doesnt looks like reception area.

Fellow travellers consistently rave about the variety and the attentive service that keeps everything topped up and the dining floor humming smoothly. The breakfast team in particular deserves a special mention: cheerful, efficient, and clearly proud of what they put out each morning. Room is relatively old but clean! Room is big too. Aircon is cold and the toilet comes with a bathtub. TV only supports local channel. The buffet breakfast top up is relatively slow. Something bad happened to our stay. We asked for the room to be clean and left the hotel. When we returned in the evening, the room door was not closed.. it was a blessing that none of our valuables were missing. But this is a scary sight to see.
