Reviews
Worst experience ever for 4*hotel. Booked dozens of rooms for group. There's a change of occupant, it was informed already but housekeeping cleaned it out in the morning and refused to clean it out when we complain. Not helpful at all just kept saying CAN NOT. Easily giving out room key to the person who booked without proper confirmation to the occupant. Very bad service and security.
NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN.
DON’T RECOMMEND.
Room is very outdated, with a lot of ants on the table and even the aircon is turned off, there’s still loud noise there. The room is TOTALLY NOT sound proof, can hear the room next to me very loud and clear, and even I called the front desk to inform the other room keep voice low during 1AM, but nothing happened.
Staff is not well trained also, breakfast is so so, only good thing is near airport.
A great place to stay, near to shopping centers in the city. Nice service and fresh breakfast. Just hope the traffic gets better soon.
While the rooms are comfortable with basic amenities, there were mosquitoes in the rooms and lobby areas. There was no floor towel. A good array of food for breakfast but the noodles were salty and the porridge is not recommended. Getting a taxi or private hire takes time because of the traffic jams in the area. Staff are friendly and helpful.
I stayed at Hariston Hotel in Pluit, North Jakarta. The hotel is a bit outdated, but very clean and well-maintained.
Room:
Spacious and tidy, with a comfortable bed and strong air conditioning. The shower had the best water pressure I’ve experienced in a hotel. Furnishings are older, but everything worked well.
Facilities:
There’s a rooftop pool, a small gym, and room service. Breakfast was basic with limited variety, and the Wi-Fi was reliable.
Location:
Well located in Pluit, close to malls and food. Around 30 minutes from the airport in light traffic. The area can get busy during peak hours.
Service:
Friendly staff, though English is limited. Check-in and check-out were smooth.
Overall:
A clean, comfortable, and affordable stay in North Jakarta. Not modern, but excellent water pressure, decent service, and great value.
