My recent stay at Grand Zuri exceeded all expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the staff set a fantastic tone for the entire trip. The level of hospitality here goes far beyond standard service, every employee I interacted with was warm, efficient, and genuinely eager to make sure my stay was comfortable.
I stayed in one of the premium rooms on the 9th floor and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, staff is friendly, breakfast was delicious, and the location was great for local cafes, restaurants, and malls. Highly recommended and I will definitely book here again next trip.
In the center of BSD near mall teras kota. Facility is complete, swimming pool, gym, and also kids play ground. Place is quiet, calm and relaxing for rest, working, or studiying. Not offer more experience. Just about right.
Not my first time staying here. Always a pleasure to stay here. I gave it 4 stars as the hot water was not really hot but warm this time round. Food was great, service was great with a nearby mall.
The room was comfortable and well-maintained. However, it would be even better if the bathroom were equipped with a bidet shower, as it would make things more convenient and hygienic after using the toilet. Overall, the service was excellent from the reception staff to the gym, swimming pool, and restaurant facilities. The hotel’s location is also very strategic, situated right in the heart of South Tangerang, making it convenient to access many places around the city.
