Grand Tropic Suites Hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel and wanted to share some constructive feedback. While the property looks appealing from the outside, the room did not meet the same standard. It felt noticeably dated and in need of repair and refurbishment. Housekeeping was also below expectations. The towels had multiple dark stains, and the fridge appeared not to have been cleaned after the previous guest. When I wiped it with a wet tissue, dark residue and hair came off onto the tissue (photo attached). On our last night, the bedroom air conditioner began leaking water heavily. I was grateful that a maintenance worker came promptly to assist, and I appreciate their responsiveness. Overall, it was a disappointing stay because the condition of the room fell short of what I would expect. I hope the hotel will take this feedback as an opportunity to improve housekeeping standards and address the maintenance and refurbishment needs.

i had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, tid & smelled fresh from the moment i arrived. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained👍🏻 What impressed me the most was the staff. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly, welcoming & always ready to help with anything i needed. Their excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable. i highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and pleasant place to stay. i would definitely come back!🫶🏻🫶🏻

Yesterday I stayed there with my family in room 2206 (3 bedrooms), the rooms was dusty, the tv broken. shower also broken (hard to adjust the warm and cold water), no bellboy to help with the luggage....... the only plus point was the pool. Serasa nginep di hotel jaman dulu

Stopping by here only to charge my EV vehicle. Good service, ultra fast PLN Mobile, only 2 station but it's super fast. Very useful and strategic place
