Such a horrible hotel!!! This hotel is attached to a karaoke lounge and club, and the extremely annoying buzzing noise filled our entire room from 12am to 3am++. In total, there are 3 lifts in this hotel. Due to an event on that day, 2 lifts were reserved exclusively for event guests, and hotel guests were not allowed to use them. The only remaining lift for hotel guests also had to be shared with event guests. Can you imagine the waiting time? We had to wait more than 15 minutes just for the lift. This hotel is also located beside a busy street, and you can clearly hear vehicle and motorcycle horns throughout the stay. I really wonder how this hotel received a 4.5-star rating. Horrible horrible horrible!

This hotel is comfortable and is very close to Delipark Mall. The service is good, the facilities such as the gym is simple but nice. The breakfast spread consists of an array of choices which is definitely more than most other hotels. However, giving this hotel a 4 star instead of a 5 because for some, the place can be noisy due to the train horns and the club above. Nonetheless, would love to stay in this hotel again.

Big room with friendly staff. Clubs and ktv on the high floor may be too noisy for others. Nice breakfast selection and location is good.

When we checked in and when we asked at the front desk, we were informed that the massage would cost 280k for 90 minutes. However, when the technician came to our room, he informed us that it was 60 minutes and 250k. I was very confused about this. He told us that the order had been placed and could not be cancelled. I think this is an issue of integrity! The front desk should have informed me of this when I made the reservation over the phone instead of forcing me to pay after the technician arrived. Additionally, when I was sleeping on the ninth floor, there was continuous low-volume sound, which made it almost impossible for me to sleep. The entire bed was shaking!
