This place was so good. The ambience and really kids friendly. And really surprised that provide baby crib.. Mba Syahla , Mas Alfat, and Mas Tatang help me so nice and they provide all what we asked with smile on the restaurant. Really appreciated that ❤ Will come back later for sure

1. First Impression Arrived from airport earlier than the usual check in time. The receptionist allowed us to checked into our room 1hr++ early (depending on room availability ofc). We also requested for a room exchange & this process is surprisingly smooth ✅👍🏼 2. Staff The hotel staffs (receptionist, restaurant server, house keeping, security) is friendly, approachable, helpful & is kind too. I felt very welcoming whenever I arrived or leave the hotel. 3. Environment Clean hotel & room, lobby looks exclusive & always smells so good. Level 8 restaurant Japanese food is a 10/10. Breakfast experience & food 10/10. Pool is my least favourite cos ppl will look at you while eating as it is located right next to their level 3 bistro. Only have few parking spots though. 4. Location This hotel is about 30mins drive (depending on traffic) from the main city of Jakarta. But still the traffic surrounding it contribute to a minus point of this hotel due to the noise. The traffic could last up to 10pm to 12mn 😓 Public transport is about 15mins walk from the hotel provided you will need to cross a crazy busy road. Most of the grab/gojek drivers didn't even know where is the entrance of this hotel as well. 5. Laundry House keeping did a great job to our laundry even though it is quite expensive. Just 1 pc of shirt is about 45k rupiah. We have stained under garment but when it came back to us it is stain free. Smells good too. They organised our clothes section by section.

Had a very pleasant stay at Goodrich Hotel. For the price, it was definitely worth it — especially because the room came with a bathtub, which made my child very happy. The room was also quite spacious and comfortable. Breakfast service was excellent as well, and special thanks to Ms. Syahla for her great hospitality and assistance. She was very helpful and made the experience even better. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would happily come back again. The only minor downside was that the parking space was a bit limited.

What made my experience even more special was the exceptional service from the staff. A special thank you to Ms. Jessica, who is not only beautiful but also incredibly kind, professional and helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jakarta.
