Four Points By Sheraton Medan

What stood out most during my stay at the Sheraton Medan was the staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly, helpful, and consistently professional. It's clear that the hotel has a team that takes hospitality seriously. I especially want to recognize Michael at the front desk. He was patient, knowledgeable, and always quick to answer questions. What impressed me was how familiar he was with the hotel and his colleagues, which made it easy to get information or assistance whenever needed. Filano and Jefri at the restaurant also deserve recognition. Filano was particularly attentive during breakfast, always smiling, personable, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. After four weeks of traveling, that kind of warmth makes a real difference. Jefri was equally friendly and helpful. These are the people who make a hotel memorable, and I hope management recognizes all three for the excellent hospitality they provide.

My overall stay was good and met my expectations. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and conveniently located. The staff demonstrated excellent hospitality and were always willing to assist when needed. The room was comfortable, quiet, and provided a good environment for rest after a busy day. Breakfast was satisfactory, with a variety of dishes available each morning. The food quality was good, and the service staff ensured the dining area remained clean and welcoming. I particularly appreciated the efficient service during breakfast hours. Thank you to the hotel team for their efforts and hospitality. I enjoyed my stay and look forward to visiting again in the future.

Really liked this hotel. Very well appointed and the employees were very helpful. Erwin, especially, wanted to make sure we had an Indonesian experience. He helped is navigate the breakfast buffet and how to eat the Indonesian food there. Recommended an authentic Indonesian restaurant (we took a Grab there) and made us his special drink on our last day. Thanks all for making our first few days in Indonesia so easy.

I was especially grateful for the thoughtful room upgrade . the room was not only beautifully prepared but also impeccably clean and comfortable. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of options, including authentic khas Medan flavors that added a special local touch to each morning. A heartfelt thank you to Safar for arranging such beautiful amenities, and special appreciation to Dody from the bellman team for his attentive and friendly service. Everything was handled with genuine care and professionalism, making my stay all the more special. I look forward to returning again
