Previously several times stayed here without any problem, but this time we feel disappointed with AC was n't cold. During check in we had told by the receptionist that the room we booked had an issue with the AC, so I got upgraded room as the compensation. But but it turns out that the room we got was also had issue with the AC, actually the AC wasn't cold along the night we stayed. It's looks like we got a prank from the receptionist. I will think twice for staying at this hotel again later.

Good room, good service, good resto. If we want to go to beach, it is about 30 minutes from Anyer beach. I stayed here from Oct 4-10, 2025.
