Episode Gading Serpong

I was privileged to enjoy a family room from 01 to 06 October 2026. Everything about the hotel was FANTASTIC. Clean, well serviced, staff extremely friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed a massage at the expert hands of Asiyah. She really has magic hands. Booking in, booking out and out stay was highly enjoyable. Highly recommended.

My experience in Episode Gading Serpong was excellent, the service I have received from the staff made me feel at ease as if I was at home. From the start of the booking, I made a mistake in clicking the date of check-out, and initially I had issues resolving it with the booking site. It was only after the hotel support to give in-principal approval of the amendment that the booking site relented on it. During our 4-nights stay, our room was thoroughly cleaned, the housekeeping staff was detailed enough to move aside some of our random items laying around so that they could properly clean our room. Breakfast offered was great, there was diverse food assortment, ranging from Western, Indonesian, Chinese main courses, as well as pastries, cereals and local snacks. I enjoyed the green detox juice to start the day. while my wife savoured the Indonesian snacks, reminiscing her childhood favourites. Upon checking out, I accidentally left my personal bag behind, and it was only couple of hours later did I realize the bag was missing. The management team under Bu Suci managed to find the bag and it was secured under their good hands. Initially I requested the bag to be sent out using a bike courier, but the service staff took the initiative to check my belongings and found that I have some valuables inside, so they highlighted to me that it would not be appropriate to send out via a courier and adviced me to retrieve it personally instead. The effort was commendable, proving yet again the high service and integrity standards of the hotel staff. So in the end, I did go back and retrieve my bag personally, with everything intact. Overall, I'm very impressed with the friendliness and service attitude of the hotel staff. Episode Gading Serpong is definitely a hotel I would recommend to everyone coming to Serpong area. Oh, location wise it's also pretty convenient, close to Summarecon Mall Serpong, and about 10-15min to expressway entrance. Final tips: Be sure to book the Executive rooms to have a more spacious area and quieter environment for just a minimal price increase.

Exceptional service and thoughtful touches! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We chose this hotel to celebrate our anniversary, and it turned out to be the best decision. The staff surprised us with an upgrade to a higher room class, which was already a fantastic treat. But what truly touched our hearts was the attention to detail from the Guest Relations team (Nidiya, Uchi, and Rani). Finding hand-drawn celebratory art on the mirror and a lovely shortcake waiting in the room made our celebration so memorable. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and genuine care—we will definitely be returning!

My family went there for my czn' wedding. The hotel rooms is very beautiful,artsy and amazing. I really love the carpet and the decore and the establishment overall.The bed is very comfy. The food is also okay ,with lots of various menu and coffee is good. Beautifully designed.The staff were friendly too.The lobby was very beautiful. I really enjoy ... highly recommended.. Can't wait to come back soon!! Love it
