My friends and I stayed at Emersia Hotel Bandar Lampung last weekend, and we had a really great experience. The hotel was very clean, smelled fresh, and felt comfortable throughout our stay. Everything was well maintained, and the atmosphere was perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with friends. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff. Everyone was warm, friendly, and always ready to help, which made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time here. Thank you for the excellent hospitality. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bandar Lampung! 😊✨

Dwi Iranto is one of the most pleasant, kind, conscientious and hard-working people I’ve ever come across in a hotel! He went above and beyond to help us (after a long and trying day and late in the evening) to navigate the web and help us get ferry tickets for the next morning - Sounds simple, but for us, it was an impossible task. He made our day and as a credit to this fine hotel!

Stayed at the executive pool view. Was a very wrong choice. 1.Arrived at saturday, there was a bunch of motor gank people. They have event with loud songs, i called receptionist until ehat time? They said until 10.30PM. It did stop at 10.30pm but still can hear the noise from the people keep talking. 2. Woke up on sunday 6.30AM by the sound of music. Called the receptionist they said will condition it ?. The sound still there until we left for breakfast at 8 am. They said oh it might be the aerobic exercise. 3. Go back to hotel at 13.30PM. Our room have not yet cleaned. They said 15min. Wsited for 20min didnt hear back anything just sit at the lobby. Then i need to go receptionist n STAND in front of the receptionist to ask them pls check? 4. We did take a nap, but at 3.30pm, so many children noise from the right of our room Keep shutting n banging n rang the bell. The sound proof of this hotel is very bad mind you. From the left of our pool view, we heard the children shouting at the pool. 5. We asked to change room hotel in the sunday morning. They said all rooms are full just left with lv 2 smoking room. Fantastic experience..
