A bit of a problem at the reception with the key card—I had to go back to the ground floor to get it checked. The room also had an issue; the air conditioning wasn’t very cold, but they moved me to another room. Overall, the hotel is good and the staff are kind. That’s all.

The stay at Emerald Garden International Hotel was truly exciting, especially due to the excellent service provided. The trainee staff assigned to the Food & Beverage (F&B) Coffee House unit, namely Afdhal and his fellow team members shown in the photo, have strong potential to further enhance service quality. Their exceptional hospitality skills and attentive service to guests were highly commendable and did not disappoint. Personally, I fully support the idea that his career progression should be considered for a suitable position that aligns with his existing education and knowledge.

Nice and clean room I had a great experience staying here. There’s a hot tub, and the receptionist was also friendly. You need to deposit before check in The hotel has a swimming pool and a tennis court.

The rooms are large but very old and the air conditioning facilities are very dated. Whilst the staff tries their best, it’s very tough to communicate with them. Example I tried the QR code for room service it didn’t work, so called room service. Room service transferred me to housekeeping (!!!) who then transferred me back to room service who suggested they could recommend me a dish instead of helping with the QR code. This is just one example and this is my 2nd time as I thought everyone needs a second chance. Never again.
