Citadines Sudirman Jakarta

The facility is excellent and very conveniently located, with easy access to shopping malls, transportation, restaurants, and other amenities. However, the true highlight of my experience at Citadines Sudirman has undoubtedly been the staff. They are among the most friendly, courteous, caring, and service-oriented people I have come across. Whenever I have had a request or even the smallest concern, the team has been incredibly responsive, attending to it promptly and following up personally to ensure that everything was resolved to my satisfaction. This level of attention and commitment to guest experience is truly exceptional and highly commendable. The entire reception team deserves a special mention, they are absolutely wonderful, always welcoming, professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. The housekeeping team is equally impressive, consistently friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I have been staying at Citadines Sudirman for the past three months, and it has genuinely become a home away from home. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay and greatly appreciate the warmth, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality of the entire team. A wonderful property made truly exceptional by its people. Highly recommended!

- Toilet was dirty, the shower room especially was slippery and limescale on the glass wall was visible like it wasn’t cleaned after the previous guest had checked out. There is a sewage smell when we turned on the shower. - The pillows are flat and not comfy at all, probably need a change. - Road to the building is very narrow and a bit scary. - Point is given as the place is spacious enough for 4 people. Overall, we probably wouldn’t come again.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel, staffs are super nice, they surprise my friend as it was her BD. The hotel and its facilities are new and well built, rooms are clean with beautiful city view, bed sheets are clean and comfy, the breakfast lines are variety and delicious. We are very impressed ❤️

Overall, an excellent experience in May 2026 and will definitely choose Citadines Sudirman Jakarta for my next city stay. 1 bed exec room was very spacious for my 13 nights, and good value. Serviced every day and cleaned to a very high standard. Amenities were good. Location walking distance from Lotte Mall very convenient. Most importantly, staff were extremely friendly, professional and very helpful throughout my stay.
