Just ok. Old smelly rooms although very clean. The hotel building past his prime long back. There are better options nearby

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was formerly part of Best Western and is now BW Hotel. The room was great, the location is very convenient, and there is a swimming pool. The only downside is that the pool is quite shallow (120 cm max) and has strict rules. The staff were very friendly and the hospitality was excellent.

At first I honestly thought BW Kemayoran was part of the Best Western chain, and since my company already booked the hotel for a week, I didn’t think much about it. Turns out it’s not Best Western at all, just “BW” for no clear reason, which was a bit misleading. The hotel itself is not terrible, but the vibes are really not my favorite. The way to get to the rooms feels a bit creepy, especially at night. The long corridors and lighting make it look more like a hospital than a hotel, which can feel uncomfortable when you’re coming back late. On the positive side, the room was actually fine. It was clean, functional, and comfortable enough for a business stay. The breakfast was also nice with decent variety, so credit where it’s due. However, overall I just couldn’t enjoy the atmosphere. The hotel feels a bit outdated and lacks warmth. It is okay for a short or work related stay, but not somewhere I would personally choose again for leisure. If you only need a practical place to sleep, it works. But if you care about hotel ambience and comfort feeling, you might want to look for other options.

The location is great, the room has a great value of money. The breakfast also has a quite good variations. Located near to JIExpo kemayoran, so if you are visiting the exhibition and need a room nearby the venue, this hotel is maybe a good choice
