We had a pleasant stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, exactly what we needed after a long day.
We ordered room service a few times, and the food was tasty. The staff were quick to respond and always polite when taking our orders.
The price felt reasonable for what we got. It's affordable compared to other places in the area, and we think it's worth the price.
Breakfast at the restaurant was also decent with enough variety. Special thanks to Gilang, who served us during breakfast. He was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.
Overall, a good experience. We would consider staying here again.
Great stay! Breakfast buffet was a highlight — nasi goreng, shredded chicken, sausages, fresh fruit, and a tasty cheese soup. Loved the rooftop garden dining area with its cozy lights and plants, plus the amazing skyline views from the room at night. Comfortable, scenic, and well worth it. Recommended!
We had a wonderful stay! I accidentally booked a twin-bed room instead of a family setup, but the reception team went above and beyond to help us. A special thanks to Oci and Paul, who kindly arranged a room upgrade and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Their warm hospitality, professionalism, and willingness to help made us feel truly welcome. The excellent customer service turned what could have been a problem into a great experience.
Highly recommend this hotel, and I look forward to staying here again!
after trying several hotels in jakarta for both business and short stay, Best western premier the hive stands out for its consistency and attention to detail. may hotels can deliver comfort, but not all maintain the same level of cleanliness and atmosphere througout the property this one does.
the room was very comfortable, with fresh linen and a well maintained setup that made it easy to relax. compare to similiar hotels, the overall upkeep and cleanliness feel more dependable and thoughtfully managed.
the ambience is another highlight. the lobby's signature scent and overall design create immediate relaxing vibes. something that is often overlooked in other properties. there's a steady sense of positive vibes throughout the hotel, making the stay feel calm and enjoyable.
overall, a wonderful and memorable stay, this is a hotel i would confidently to return to. especially for its balance of comfort, atmosphere and reliability.
My experience at Best Western Premier The Hive exceeded my expectations. The lobby was not only comfortable but also had a calming ambiance that made me feel instantly at ease. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming.
