Service- The staffs were very friendly and helpful. They have live music band and magic show around 8pm to 9:30pm. The band (The Gabe) is really good.
Rooms- I booked a room with a sea-view which is really beautiful I give it a 10/10. Housekeeping was great. In door dining, which is the pizza (the first pizza on menu) was really great.

It's very decent good hotel resort lovely private beach really good swimming pool breakfast is ok nothing special but certainly is ok it's car parking facility if you're ordering delivery food you'll have to collect it from the gate station guard which they will provide these buggies to transport you there to pick up overall room is nice balcony view Seaview everything is on point I think we spent about £30 per night. However the whole area still being developed you are pretty far away from everything we hired out a car for 2 days£13 per day
I was disappointed with my experience at Batam View Resort.
Despite arriving at around 9:00 pm, I still had to wait 10–15 minutes to check in, which wasn't a great start after a day of travel.
Breakfast ends at 9:30 am, which already feels quite early for a resort where guests are on holiday. We arrived at 10:15 am and were still served the exact same breakfast buffet, but were charged an additional IDR 200,000 per person, even though breakfast was included with our room. Charging the full breakfast price for being just 45 minutes late, while serving the same food, felt unnecessarily rigid and poor customer service. In most hotels, 10:15 am isn't considered unusually late for breakfast.
On arrival, no one offered to assist us with our luggage while we were checking in. Helping guests with their bags is a basic hospitality standard that I would expect from a resort.
Overall, the service fell well below expectations and the stay didn't feel relaxing or welcoming. Unfortunately, it didn't feel like the vacation experience we were hoping for.
it's very far from city! nothing much to do it, most activity above 400k (eg ATV for 15 min). breakfast normally occupied and outdoor dining lots of flies. have to have patience with any services. grab to city one way about 150k/per way. grab food delivery above 89K. nothing much to eat at the hotel. maybe 2 days 1 night at this resort is sufficient
We had a wonderful stay at this resort and arranged a romantic dinner along with a special room decoration for our celebration. Everything was prepared beautifully and exceeded our expectations.
The view from the room was also amazing, creating the perfect atmosphere for such a special occasion. The price is also affordable.
