A special thank you to Sasa, Jessica, Habil, and Ridho for their incredible support. From handling the reservation to making sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made a huge difference. The level of service and hospitality exceeded my expectations, and I honestly don’t think our event would have run this smoothly anywhere else. I had a wonderful experience at AYANA Midplaza. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing staycation. Brought my wife here for her birthday staycation, and we had such a wonderful experience. The check-in process was very smooth thanks to Mr. Habil, who was incredibly attentive, friendly, and accommodating. He made us feel welcome right from the moment we arrived. The room was comfortable, clean, and perfect for a relaxing stay. We had lunch at KADO and dinner at JimBARan. The atmosphere was great, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was another highlight. There was a wide variety of dishes to choose from, and everything we tried was fresh and delicious. Overall, we had a memorable stay thanks to the outstanding hospitality from the entire team. Thank you Ayana MidPlaza team!
My stay at AYANA Midplaza Jakarta was overall pleasant and enjoyable. The hotel has many great qualities, the food was delicious, the swimming pool was large and very clean, and I also appreciated how generous the hotel was with complimentary drinking water, which made the stay feel more comfortable and thoughtful. The arrival experience was good, and the hotel atmosphere itself was lovely. However, I felt the departure experience could be improved significantly. Guests were left to carry their own luggage and open the doors themselves, even while handling multiple suitcases. It felt like there was very little assistance or attention during check-out, which was disappointing for a hotel of this standard. I also noticed that during check-in, the receptionist seemed noticeably warmer and friendlier toward foreign guests, while interactions with local guests felt less welcoming. I hope the hotel can provide the same level of hospitality and friendliness to every guest equally. Despite these points, the overall stay was still comfortable and satisfying, and there are many aspects of the hotel that I truly enjoyed. Note : As shown in the photo below, there was not a single staff member standing by to assist departing guests, whether to help with luggage, open the doors, or properly see guests off. Guests were left handling their own suitcases and opening the doors themselves, even while carrying multiple bags. For a five star hotel standard, the departure experience felt surprisingly inattentive and lacking in hospitality
