We had a great time stayed here. Rooms was nice, bfast also perfect but The café and restaurant were only open until around 10:00 p.m., which felt a bit too early. It would be much better if they extended their operating hours, especially for guests who want to relax and enjoy the hotel's facilities later in the evening.

I have stayed at ASTON Premiere Simatupang several times and also hosted meetings there, and each experience has always been pleasant. The staff are attentive, helpful, and genuinely warm. A pleasant experience at ASTON always begins from the moment of check-in, with the welcoming reception team making guests feel comfortable right away. As a breastfeeding mother, I also needed to store expressed breast milk in the hotel freezer, and this was accommodated very well, which I truly appreciated. During this stay, I stayed overnight and held a meeting that required printing materials and documents. Unfortunately, the business centre on the 25th floor was not yet operating and I was directed to the front office instead. Thankfully, Ms. Widi at the front desk was incredibly helpful and assisted me with everything I needed. Thank you to the team for making the stay and event run smoothly. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

I stayed here for five nights and overall had an average experience. There are a few areas that could really be improved. The breakfast food options, especially for cooked vegetables, were quite limited. Many dishes were overly spicy and too much artificial seasonings and felt a bit too heavily seasoned, making it difficult to find lighter or healthier options. Room service was often slow, and the cleanliness could be improved. I also noticed that the bedding (head area) was not properly clean, which was disappointing. The laundry service was quite expensive, and unfortunately some of my clothes were returned still damp. I had also specifically requested no perfume, but they still came back scented. Foam party is available every weekend for kids. One of the biggest challenges during my stay was the internet connection. The Wi-Fi was very unreliable, and even after assistance from the technician, the issue was not resolved. Streaming Netflix on the TV was constantly buffering, and it was difficult to get any work done. For business trips, this could be quite stressful and inconvenient. Additionally also found the allergen labeling on the room service menu to be misleading. This is something that should be clearer and more accurate, as it can impact guests with dietary restrictions. Overall, I hope these points can be taken into consideration for improvement.
