This is my second time staying here, and I’ve absolutely loved the experience both times! 🤍 The hospitality is always exceptional, and the rooms are comfortable, beautiful, and well-maintained. Best place, real accomodate & friendly staf. Locations also in the middle of Jakarta Central and Gambir Station. In fact i co-incidently i left my ipad, suppose i waits for next coming n visits to collect. But today with humble and helpful staf, all of them willing to keep safe my things and deliver with proper handling by request to my friend in Jakarta. Really appreciate all of you. I will for sure come back and promote this hotel for good. Thank you everyone. I owe you. InsyaAllah next visit i will bring ole-ole. Keep a good work everyone.

The room is so preety and instagramable. Food is ok (simple with one main menu). One thing that I don't like it no people who watching the pool. I know they told that no safe guard and the pool is not deep. But at least you put someone there while lots of people swimming. I saw 2 kids naked while swimming. It wasn't pleasant view and not good for our kids too to see that. Some people swimming with regular clothes too...pleased concern about hygiene at swimming pool too...
I had a really pleasant stay at Ashley Tugu Tani. The hotel is clean, modern, and located in a great area, making it easy to get around Jakarta. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. What made the experience even more memorable was the excellent service from the staff. A special thank you to Ummi and Sebastian, who were both incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality made me feel genuinely welcomed from the moment I arrived. The breakfast selection was also enjoyable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was cozy and inviting. It's clear that the team puts a lot of effort into ensuring guests have a great experience. I would definitely recommend Ashley Tugu Tani to anyone visiting Jakarta and will gladly stay here again on my next trip. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
