I’ve stayed at Ashley Tanah Abang several times, and it has become my go-to hotel whenever I visit Jakarta. The hotel is beautiful, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, with an elegant aesthetic that makes the entire stay feel comfortable and enjoyable. Hi I would like to share some regarding three nights in Ashley Tanah Abang.
When arrived at hotel , the hotel receptionist Shereen ( if I spell your name wrongly ,I apologise first🫡) gave me a really nice and sweet smile . This already made my whole journey became sweet enough . Other than that , she really helped me to answer all my questions and found the way when she did not know about it .
Other staffs like security brother ( I forgot the name ) also very nice . When I asked about the local food or the name of food , he can explained them in an easily way and recommend me restaurant .btw I also got bungkus some for them hope they enjoyed the food. 😝
The room I would said it is nice but still can be better . For the pros ,
1. the toilet bowl already changed to the modern and not need to use external water pipe to wash buttock. This is really nice .
2.All the basic stuff got provided.
3.the staff will really clean and change all the stuff when I hanged the “pls clean my room” at outside .
Cons ,
1. The water pump can be stronger and the water temperature cannot be maintained in a stable state.
2.The cleanliness of towel maybe needs to change a new batch of towels because there is some stains on it . Best thing is they provided a clothes to dry legs . This is nice and sweet .
3.Last but not least , can try to use another brand of body wash and shampoo and the label for them are easily to miss used .
The breakfast option is Ashley Tanah Abang not that much . Maybe can add on extra dishes for future . For the three days stayed , most of food are similar but the taste is quite good and it has local taste .
Overall the service and resting quality at Ashley Tanah Abang is quite nice.
We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a kid-friendly room, and it truly made our stay even more special.

We had a wonderful stay at Ashley Hotel Tanah Abang. The receptionist, Tarisa, provided excellent service. She was very friendly, welcoming, and made both the check-in and check-out process quick and smooth.
The other staff were also very friendly, helpful, and always responded quickly whenever we needed assistance. The hotel smelled fresh and clean, which made our stay even more comfortable.
The swimming pool is perfect for children. It was great to enjoy breakfast while the kids had fun in the pool. The breakfast selection was simple, but everything was delicious.
Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families. We would love to stay here again!
