Wonderful view with a very luxury rooms , the pool and gym was super clean , the breakfast feels luxury ( but I hope there was more international food ) but overall 10/10 experience

I am very disappointed with Ascott Kuningan. When I arrived, one of the pillows and its pillowcase were soaking wet. During breakfast, the watermelon juice was spoiled. I am currently pregnant and had already drunk half a glass before realizing it had gone bad. My child had also already drunk some of it. The room also had very poor sound insulation. The walls were so thin that I could hear the guests activity in the next room. I am shocked by the poor quality and hygiene standards at Ascott Kuningan. This was not the experience I expected from the Ascott brand.

It's a pleasant experience on Eid's Holiday since Ascott Kuningan has bigger rooms than other Ascott facilities we've stayed. The location is excellent, directly attached to Lotte Shopping Avenue, My parents can easily access the Mall through the door in the second floor. We booked 2 different rooms and they managed to have us in the same floor, really appreciate the great experience. Note : Always use their ASR Apps to book to get opportunity to be upgraded!

We stayed at this hotel for our vacation last November 2025. We really loved it here. We stayed for the 2 bedrooms deluxe and 2 bedrooms excutive. The place was clean, the staffs are just great. Especially Siti (at the guest service) she was just so helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel also has an easy access to Lotte mall. We will stay here again no questions. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I have absolutely no regrets choosing to stay at Ascott Kuningan, even though the price is comparable to other big brands. What truly satisfied me was the service—from the welcoming security at the main gate and the lobby assistance, to the check-in staff who processed us in under 10 minutes without requiring a deposit. I booked a 2-bedroom unit via Agoda, which included free breakfast for four adults. Traveling with my family (including two children aged 10 and 8), we found the room pristine. There were no dusty or musty smells; the beds, bathroom, and bathtub were spotless and well-maintained. The kitchen was incredibly clean and fully equipped with cutlery, a rice cooker, and a microwave. There was even a washing machine in the service area. This is truly the most comfortable room I have experienced among the many 5-star hotels I’ve visited in Jakarta. The parking area is spacious, and the gym is complete and clean. The swimming pool also looked very well-maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a varied menu and delicious taste. The highlight is the location; Ascott is right next to and directly connected to Lotte Shopping Avenue, making it very convenient to visit the mall. I would be more than happy to stay at Ascott Kuningan again. It was a memorable experience for our whole family, and according to my kids, Ascott is officially their new favorite place to stay.
