Alltrue Hotel Bintan - Tanjungpinang

Newly renovated hotel, hence we were pleasantly surprised with the quality for the cost. Location is about 5 min drive away from City center, so it is not really inconvenient. The breakfast selection was good and the staff very attentive and hospitable. The bathroom doors could be improved (ours squeaked and was a little noisy), but beds were comfortable for a good rest. Overall a good place to return to during visits to the island.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Tanjung Pinang and had a very pleasant experience overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with clean bedsheets and pillowcases. The air-conditioning in all three rooms we booked worked very well, which made our stay much more comfortable. The breakfast package was simple but good, and offered a nice start to the day. The staff were welcoming, friendly, polite, and always willing to help whenever needed. Their hospitality was one of the highlights of our stay. The only issue I encountered was in Room 328, where the shower drain became clogged quite easily. During showers, the water drained slowly and would temporarily flood the bathroom floor, meaning the next person had to wait for the water to clear before using it. The hotel also has a KTV facility, which was a nice bonus. However, it would be even better if additional facilities such as a swimming pool and gym were available. Overall, I would rate this hotel 7.5/10. It offers great value for money, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable place to stay in Tanjung Pinang. This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I stayed for two days. The location is very convenient, especially being close to the ferry terminal. There is also a food court within a 5–10 minute walk, which made things very easy. The hotel is reasonably priced, and the rooms are spacious, making it suitable for short stays or business trips. Overall, the experience was good. The staff were friendly, warm, and helpful throughout my stay. The only downside is that the soundproofing in the rooms could be improved, as it can get a bit noisy at times. Other than that, everything was great.

We stayed 2 days in Alltrue Hotel and we came from singapore for short vacation. Room ambience is good excellent reception and friendly. Room is very clean and big TV. I would say the best part is food. They provide compliment breakfast which is top notch. The compliment breakfast has Chicken , fish, live counters, varieties of soup, lot of desserts, fruits, salads..All dish are excellent taste and good service. The next best part is alacarte, they running restaurant between 10 am to 11pm. During our 2 days stay we tried their alacarte menu , fish, chicken, sea food soup, friend rice and few other sea food ..all the foods are excellent taste. We will sure come back here to just have food here. Very friendly reception, staff and managers. Keep it up the good work.
