Special thanks to staff’s Berlin ,John, and gilang(cafe)and from reception Ms ara really amazing and wonderful present 💝.The room was clean and the location is so quite good. They serve the breakfast as well,and management arrange the surprise birthday decorations is wonderful.however we enjoy 2 nights and 1 day as well. Next trip we come again soon ❤️.lastly ,thanks to car driver fetch and drop at terminal is well🙏,meet u all again ❤️

Aglow Hotel Harbour Bay truly made my Batam trip memorable! From the warm hospitality at check-in to the spacious, comfortable room, everything felt effortless. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of choices, and I really appreciated the low deposit and affordable room extension fee. Being able to walk to Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal was a huge bonus, especially for ferry travelers. It’s rare to find a hotel that offers great service, comfort, convenience, and excellent value all at once but Aglow Hotel delivered on all of them.

Overall, it's a very good experience. All the staffs are very proactive asking us and giving help. The room is also nice n all the towel hv a nice smell. Love it. Just some sockets in the room placed behind the television counter, so a bit hard to use.
The hotel is within walking distance from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal and offers good value for money. The room was spacious and equipped with a Smart TV, and the breakfast spread offered a good variety of options.
However, the room temperature was uncomfortably high, and despite several attempts over several hours, the issue could not be resolved. After repeated requests, my room was eventually changed, though the process felt reluctant. The check-in service was also slow and could be improved.
Nevertheless, I would like to thank Ms Chika and Ms Selvi at the reception for their friendly assistance and efficient check-out service.
