An Unforgettable Stay at 25hours Hotel Absolutely loved my stay at 25hours Hotel! The hotel is exceptionally clean, fun, quirky, and unique. Every corner has its own character and makes a perfect photo spot. The service was also outstanding—warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. What impressed me the most was how the concierge and reception team handled my packages. Some of my online orders kept getting delivered to the hotel because the marketplace still had the hotel’s address listed. The concierge and reception team were incredibly helpful in receiving, keeping, and assisting me with all of them. They went above and beyond, and I truly appreciated it. Overall, it was a full-service experience that exceeded my expectations. Stylish, classy, unique, and incredibly memorable. You definitely won’t regret staying here! I would absolutely come back.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a personalized hand-drawn welcome message on the mirror in my room, and it made the stay feel extra special knowing it was prepared by Lasmi as well. The room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I also enjoyed spending time at the hotel’s gym, which is spacious and equipped with modern, high-tech fitness equipment. I redeemed my welcome drink at Cabana, and it was a great spot to relax and unwind. Overall, the hospitality, personalized touches, and excellent facilities made this a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely love to come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique staycation experience in Jakarta.

We had a late night flight and reached the hotel close to 1AM, but we were taken care of so well. Every staff we came across were courteous, smiley, and extremely kind. We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived up until we left. Every corner of the hotel was clearly designed intentionally and purposefully, and it really made me so happy to be surrounded by beautiful arts. Initially I did not realise this, but it was a happy surprise, that the hotel is located in Ashta Mall and only a 15 mins walk to Pacific Place. The convenience of being right in the heart of District 8!
