Travelled with family to Rajasthan, Jaisalmer tour for 5days. I would say it was totally hastle free and great experience with Namaste holiday package overall. Accomodation: All the hotels booked were great and family friendly. Breakfast served was great at all hotels. Specially tent and camping experience at Sam sand dunes was great. Travel and Cab: The vehicle provided was well maintained. Driver was supportive and helpful. Cost: I felt the price quotation for the entire Package was also reasonable considering peak season. We booked thru Namaste Holiday and facilities was excellent and Car Driver Dasarath Singh was always ontime and roam us as needed and overall Trip was excellent and looking forward more trips with Namaste Holiday and Special Thanks to Mr Dinesh ji. Some random common pictures are enclosed to reference.
Our recently concluded 13 Days / 12 Nights Rajasthan tour (19th–31st December) was nothing short of memorable, meaningful, and deeply fulfilling — and a large part of the credit goes to Namastae Holidays. The journey covered Jaipur – Ranthambhore – Pushkar – Bikaner – Jaisalmer – Jodhpur – Mount Abu – Udaipur, but what truly stood out was not just the destinations, rather the way the entire experience was thoughtfully curated and flawlessly executed. The planning process began as early as August, and over two weeks of detailed discussions, agreements, disagreements, refinements, and re-planning, Dinesh Ji (Proprietor, Namaste Holidays) and his son Pradeep patiently worked with us to lock the final itinerary. What impressed me most was Dinesh Ji’s humility, calm approach, and genuine intent to understand our needs. I had spoken to multiple operators before finalizing, but it was his politeness, transparency, and experience from Day 1 that set him apart. Once the plan was locked, there was absolutely no looking back. The entire process thereafter was simple, effortless, and reassuring. Rajasthan had always been a dream destination for my parents — especially my mother. This was also our first family trip together, and I couldn’t have asked for a better partner to entrust this responsibility to. Despite being a year-end peak season with exorbitant pricing, every rupee spent felt worth it. (Though I would strongly suggest travelers plan either early December or post Jan 10th for more economical rates.) Beyond the itinerary, the biggest surprise I managed to plan for my parents was their first-ever Hot Air Balloon ride. I had my own apprehensions initially, but the way Dinesh Ji planned and executed the entire experience was exceptional. Another moment that reassured me completely — Dinesh Ji personally welcomed us on Day 1 at the hotel and stood by us during a delayed early check-in process. With my parents traveling, this support felt extremely assuring. From that moment on, I knew the trip was in safe and reliable hands. One other exceptional thing that i found from Dineshji was his flawless execution, at places like Jaipur, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer the major attractions, Guides were arranged which was not discussed as part of original discussions, but he ensured there were Govt. affiliated guides through out these major attractions who could walk us to the rich heritage for the local significant locations Seeing my parents tick off so many first-time experiences during this trip is something I’ll always cherish. Planning is one thing; execution is where most trips fail. And this is where Namaste Holidays completely exceeded expectations. - From Day 1, Mr. Bajrang Singh Rathore, our chauffeur for all 13 days, made an incredible difference. - Some things that deserve special mention: - Impeccable punctuality and commitment - The SUV was spotlessly clean every single day - More than a chauffeur, he was a knowledgeable guide, explaining the cultural and historical significance of places - He thoughtfully planned breaks and rest stops, ensuring my parents never felt exhausted - He went above and beyond the itinerary, accommodating special requests like paramotoring in Jaisalmer and blackbuck spotting in Jodhpur - Most touching of all — he read my father’s pulse perfectly and never missed stopping at 10:30 AM and 3:00 PM, no matter the situation, to ensure my father got his favorite chai These small, human gestures are what turn a trip into an experience. There’s always a debate — self-planning vs travel planners. Having experienced this, my verdict is clear. With someone as experienced as Dinesh Ji, everything from driving, parking, entry and exit logistics, pickups, drop-offs, and even sneaking in power naps between check-ins and check-outs becomes seamless. Handling all of this on your own, especially with parents, is not just stressful — it takes away from the joy of travel. On a scale of 10, I confidently rate Namastay Holidays a strong 9/10. I already have a few future recommendations lined up for Dinesh Ji, and I wouldn’t hesitate to travel with them again. My Two Cents for Fellow Travelers Plan during off-seasons if budget matters Rajasthan is vast — either plan it in pockets or, if covering everything in one go, allocate 2–3 days per city to travel relaxed Be laser-focused on what you truly want to experience — it makes planning smoother and travel more meaningful This wasn’t just a vacation — it was a well-crafted experience. And Namaste Holidays played a pivotal role in making it unforgettable.

The itinerary was thoughtfully arranged, and the execution was perfect. Our stay in all four hotels—including the desert camp—was excellent and truly enhanced our experience. During our return journey, our flight was cancelled due to the recent Indigo issue. Mr. Dinesh immediately stepped in and arranged hotel bookings for two additional days, ensuring we were comfortable and stress-free. Overall, we had a wonderful trip and truly appreciate the professionalism, support, and hospitality. Highly recommended!

The owner cum tour operator Mr Dinesh has booked good hotels so as to have a pleasant stay. Also he has provided one driver (Dasharath Singh) for the entire duration. Mr Dasharath is very courteous with good driving skills. Overall my experience is very good.
It's a wonderful experience to move across the cities and forts made by the great kings of Rajasthan !!! Our dream to see the places once upon a time founded and defended by Uthai Singh and Maharana Pratap Singh have been realised by Namaste Tour operators, in short Shri Dinesh Gaur & Co with perfect planning & arrangements. Whatever he committed has been fulfilled by his team. The heritage hotels booking, guide arrangements and more importantly the travel part of movement across different cities were done to our fullest satisfaction. The pilot of our vehicle Shri Om Singh admired us by very safe driving coupled with pleasing manners. It's a team to trust and Dinesh ji is a man of words. Thank you Namaste for giving me and my family and friends an everlasting memory of Rajasthan.
I have wanted to visit Rajasthan for a long time. My children booked a trip via Namaste Holidays. Dineshji did a good job with this trip package for a really good price. Really good hotels, with breakfast included. Our trip was for 7days and 6 nights, covering Jaipur, Jodhpur and Jaisalmer. We got Innova with on excellent driver Bhajarang Singhji. All the hotels were great and up to and over our expectations. The tours and guides we had at each destination all had great English and were local to the area. Dinesh and his son were always professional and went out of their way to accomodate us, making every effort possible. Last but not least, our driver for 14 days, Bajrang Singh Rathore was so efficient, safe and reliable. He was truly a member of our family going above and beyond his duties as a driver. Travelling through Rajasthan is not just about distance , but about Regions, Cultures and even going back in Time . Would like to thank 'Namaste Holiday' for making this a memorable journey for us . We were a large group including Kids and Elders . However not at one point did we regret making this choice . Starting from the Planning Phase , With prompt and timely responses ( which is what made us go ahead with 'Namaste Holiday' in the first place ) to understanding our requirements and making an itinerary that suits us best , to welcoming us personally and to arrange early check-in at the hotel on first day and to being there for us through out the journey , Namaste Holiday did exceed our expectations at all stages. The Accommodations were clean and good, Hotel staffs friendly. Transportation Excellent and we even had Guides arranged at each place we visited , which I have not seen much with other operators. The Desert Camp and Cultural Night was a new Experience . Thank you Mr.Dinesh/Namaste Holidays for Organising one of the best trips we have had . Thank you Mr. Rewant Ram ,our knowledgable Chauffeur and Companion through out the trip for accommodating all our asks with a smile . Would highly recommend Namaste Holidays to others.

We have taken the trip in Dec of 2023. I have got the details of Namaste Holidays from web. My and one more family wanted Rajasthan trip and we were looking for good tour operators. I spoke to multiple operators while i was finalizing but somehow the moment i started the conversation with Dinesh ji of Namaste HOlidays it felt different and very professional. Based on the budget, needs and our requirement he tailor made the entire trip. Right from airport pickup to final drop, it was been an excellent experience. Dinesh ji was personally in touch with me to see everything was going on as expected. Each places visited has created an amazing memory for us. Driver has been so polite and great throughout the entire journey. All in all, this has been a fantastic memory of Rajasthan. I strongly recommend this package and on top of everything Dinesh ji is really awesome He made us feel like family and he created a personal connection with us.
Excellent co-ordination and arrangements by Dinesh ji, good vehicles & Driver Mr Vinod co-operative, nive Hotels, Genuine, prompt, Guides were remarkable.time management was awesome
Excellent and great journey to our *BHARATH YAATRA* . Brave and courageous great hindu Kings/queens sacrificed places made me to melt in tears. Travelling plan was so opted to explore Hindu history which was purposefully snubbed in our educational system. All guides sent by namaste holiday were very good. Driver Mr. Ranjit Singh ji was so comfortable and was like a second guide throughout the trip. Meera bayi's worshiped temple, Rani padmini's Jauhar place, Panna Dhai's sacrificed place ( losing her own child for the nation), Rana prathap's brave fight, and Horse Chetak's role were stored in my blood and heart . I am very grateful to all the organisers. Every Indian should visit Rajasthan. The only need to be given more attention to save water. Our Jodhpur accommodation had no geysers , to get solar heated water , cold water had to be let for 10 to 15 mts😔 . Felt very bad.
It was memorable tour wonderful experience... In 7 days Rajasthan ki bahut sunder jagha dekli humne. Ek se badkar ek tha. Namste holiday offered wonderful pakage with good hotels.. and Good vehicle with good driver.
We had a great time . Our driver was really cooperative and accomodating and punctual. Prince desert was the highlight of the trip, we had great fun there. The forts of chittorgarh and jodhpur were really great. The weather ok throughout except was a bit cold in Jaipur and really cold in Jaisalmer. Overall a very good trip. The only let down was that the food is quite expensive but good.
This trip was wonderful. From grand forts to mesmerizing sand dunes. From roming around listening to street Rajasthani music to stays in comfortable haveli style hotels. From daal baati churma to ghevar and kachori, it was an experience of a lifetime. Nice comfortable stays and well planned itinerary added to the overall experience. A must trip to make.
Absolutely beautiful guided tour. The tour company Namaste Holiday went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth and absolutely enjoyable tour.
