We made several bookings with India Saying Namaste, and they made everything easy to coordinate. Whenever we had a question about our airport transfer, they replied almost immediately on WhatsApp. Our driver was already waiting for us when we arrived, holding a sign with our name on it, and the ride to our hotel went smoothly. It was a lovely way to start our stay. Highly recommend!
The response was very quick, which was extremely helpful. My flight was delayed, but I was able to meet the driver without any problems. The price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend this service!
We arranged the driver for Jaipur airport to the hotel before we arrive in Jaipur. The driver was already at the airport to pick us up and it was very fast and pleasant ride.
My husband and I were picked up from the Jaipur airport and taken to our hotel by driver Shiv. He was kind, patient, and welcoming. After a long journey from USA, having a pre booked transfer is a must. Leading up to the trip Neelam confirmed details with me on WhatsApp. He was quick to answer my questions. I highly recommend this service.
Excellent Service Very positive experience with the car pickup service. The driver was punctual, polite, professional, and very helpful. The car was clean and comfortable, and the whole pickup was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended!
Very nice and friendly driver. Excelent service
Quick and easy transfer service from the airport to my hotel. The company communicated via whatsapp and tracked my flight so that the driver was ready to go as soon as I landed. Would recommend this company.
A very fuss free experience, they even contacted me to verify my mobile number as I'd made an error at time of booking. Contacted me via WhatsApp when we landed to let us know a driver was waiting. Driver was waiting directly at the arrivals area with a sign, was very helpful with baggage. Also helped with transferring us to the hotel'# tuk tuk I'd definitely book again.
Everything went great. The driver was on time, spoke English, communicated well, helped with luggage and even went above and beyond and helped with organizing errands the next day. Thank you!
Very efficient service, Good communication on WhatsApp! The process and instructions were very detailed and left no room for guessing. Our driver was waiting outside the assigned terminal with a name sign. I can recommend
The jaipur airport pick-up service was outstanding. The driver was waiting on time at the designated spot with clear signage, making the process very smooth after a flight. The car was clean and comfortable, and the driver was courteous and helpful with luggage. A reliable and professional service I would happily use again.
The driver never turned up. Gave some lame excuse later. We had to take an Uber after a long wait at the airport.
Laxman Suthar was very professional and knowledgeable as my driver in Jaipur. He escorted me to every site I requested and kindly assisted me with my Indian ESimCard. I highly recommend him for any visitors to Jaipur. They also offer service in New Delhi, Udaipur and to Agra.

I was able to coordinate with the dispatcher via Whatsapp to send an additional car as I had some more friends who happened to be on my flight. Once we arrived, our driver was waiting with a sign and he had arranged for a second car to take us all to our hotel for drop off. Highly recommend!
Driver was professional and was waiting for us. Great experience! Would not hesitate to book them again! Car was clean - overall 5 stars
Great shuttle service from airport to hotel. My driver, Kishor, was on time and super friendly and professional. Thank you!
Utilised the services for an airport pickup to the hotel. Very efficient service as we placed a booking last minute (1hr before arrival) and the driver was easy to identify + arrived well on time.
Our driver Raj was communicative and was easy to find on arrival, he pointed out some sites on the way to our hotel. Highly recommend!
I booked a transfer from the Jaipur airport to my hotel. The service was very professional from start to finish. A company representative contacted me by WhatsApp a few hours before my scheduled arrival time. My flight was delayed, so being connected through WhatsApp allowed me to provide real-time updates regarding my new arrival time. Upon arrival in Jaipur, the taxi driver was waiting for me outside the arrival hall with a placard bearing my name. He helped me carry my luggage to the car, which was clean and had cold AC. As we were en route to the hotel, the company representative messaged me again to make sure that the airport transfer had gone smoothly. I would gladly use this company again.
Excellent service. I was a solo travelling female and new to Jaipur. The taxi driver was there and waiting for me at the airport. He drove mr directly to my hotel safely. I had no problems at all. I would recommend this company to any other female solo traveller.
Good price, easy navigation, driver and the whole team were always available and ready to help, car had AC so no issue, driver was kind helpful and even gave me some hints about what to visit in Jaipur

Excelent service by the company and Kishor, our driver. They made us feel welcome and helped with great advice on how to spend our time in Jaipur.
Great company for a short ride from the airport. They responded very quickly to my messages and even provided an earlier driver when my flight arrived early.
The airport transfer was a breeze. Driver was waiting with a sign when I arrived and promptly escorted me to the car. He even called my host to help figure out the location of my accommodation.
Good driver, very polite and safe and pointed out some of the sights in the way. Helped with the luggage and was good value.
Easily organised transfer to hotel. Driver was waiting for us and drove us safely to our hotel. No problems at all, would recommend to other tourists.
Would highly recommend booking with them! They communicated ahead of time to confirm details of pick-up. Connected with me as soon as I arrived at the airport. The flight arrived early and Sharma, our driver, was there early as well to pick us up. Car was clean and had AC. He even helped us with the luggages. Very nice arrival overall!
