Enjoyable day spent with Nikhil the tour guide and Santosh the driver. My husband and I were with my elderly father and they arranged a wheelchair for him at Amer Fort and City Palace. Everything was engineered so we never had to wait or stand any where , It was a stress free and relaxed day of touring . We really enjoyed their services and thought it was a great value for money .

We had a flawless experience with our guide Nikhil .He was right there on the railway station platform with our driver Santosh as our train pulled into Jaipur Station. They collected us and our luggage, took us to our hotel and waited until we had checked in before taking us to lunch and then on to sightseeing. The car was super comfortable with plenty of room and a much needed air-conditioning. For the next three days we were looked after so well. Nikhil was knowledgeable and a great communicator. We were taken everywhere we asked to go at our own pace from cultural sights to shopping and eating the experience was first class. Booked a two week trip in Rajasthan with V Care Tours and it was excellent from the get go. Everything was clear even before we started traveling. Our driver, Ujjwal, was outstanding. Professional and diligent to the extreme, he took us around Rajasthan in the scorching May heat without skipping a beat. Always available and always on time, he navigated all the roads, whether they were highways or small village unsealed tracks. Ujjwal always had the right advice for us, kept us sorted with water bottles and had the car spotless clean. He’s a very safe driver who always looked after us with the utmost care. I can’t recommend him enough and if I were to need a driver again in India I would make sure I get Ujjwal. Five stars service, doesn’t get any better.

SK and Deepak were the consummate pair to show us around Jaipur. SK, our guide, said that when the day was over we would love Jaipur more than Agra and he would prove it! He definitely did. This was a great tour that hit all of the highlights. Our tour guide (forgot his name!) was a very knowledgeable prior history professor. He even helped ensure a ring I bought was safely delivered to us in Jaipur after there was a delay with the customization. Would absolutely recommend.

We visited Jaipur from the US as first time travelers to India. Yash and Ghuman were fantastic hosts for us, taking us to all the main sites and allowing us to add in any sites we’d like as well. We asked for adding in a lunch spot and it was delicious and no digestive issues. Yash’s knowledge about the sites was great and he did not over educate around sites as I prefer to walk around and then ask questions. He also answered any questions around life in India as well. Ghuman a very smooth driver which we appreciated in Jaipur traffic!

We booked a car with a driver for our 7 day trip (Delhi - Agra - Jaipur - Jodhpur) through Deepak. The price was very competitive but we the bonus was the tour guides in Agra & Jaipur. I was very skeptical initially booking transportation via whatsapp messages but Deepak was very courteous & quick to respond to questions. Our driver Santosh was friendly and always protective, which made us feel comfortable and safe. He would keep sharing information about the places we visited & would also warn us in advance about the "guides" and touts at various monuments. Always smiling & punctual, Santosh took great care of us and also treated us to some homemade choorma :) The tour guide in Agra was good sharing a lot of information at Agra Fort and Taj Mahal, he also ensured that we had enough private time to stroll around and take pictures. However, we didnt have the same impression about the guide in Jaipur, who seemed to be in a hurry to finish his job... I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Deepak, Dinesh & Santosh to anyone looking for a reliable transportation company and definitely use them again on our next trip within India.

Excellent tour operator. Coordinating through WhatsApp was straightforward and efficient. The itinerary was a private tour split between two days with a guide and driver both days. Our guide Vikas was informative, professional and flexible with our itinerary based on what we wanted to do as we had to make some adjustments to a sudden rainstorm. Our driver Santosh was punctual, extremely skilled and had a very comfortable and clean vehicle. Definitely would book with them again when in Jaipur.

My brother and I went to India for 10days, 6 of which we planed with V Care Tours. We visited Agra, Ranthambore and Jaipur. We had one driver, Mr. Pramod, throughout the entire trip: he’s was truly amazing, always available for good recommendations, his driving was smooth and safe, always had fresh bottled water to give us and was also always available to stop along the way when we needed to go to the toilet or eat. Also, very important, he knew exactly which were the best places to stop, in terms of cleanliness. We also had two different guides that met us in Agra and in Jaipur. The first was Bhupi, he was super kind, very friendly and clear in his explanations about Agra, Taj Mahal and the marble manufacturing. The second one was Yash, also very good, friendly, expert of the city of Jaipur. He took us to the most beautiful spots of the city, he gave us good advices for places to eat (even Italian ones) and was very patient on waiting the time we needed in every spot. He took to very authentic jewelry stores and manufacturers, and to a very authentic Kashmir retailer. Overall our experience was a 10/10, all the people that were involved in planning out tours were super helpful, friendly and always available to meet all of our requests. Would recommend V care Tours, Pramod, Bhupi and Yesh to anyone, and I’m very happy to have met them during our trip! Thank you again for everything :)

This is simply the best way to discover Rajasthan and other parts of Northern India. From the first contact with the owner of the business, through planning our itinerary and asking for extra services like train ticket bookings, until the very enjoyable 12 days with our driver, everything was well-arranged and transparent. Little facts about Indian culture, answering all of our questions in very good English and always super reliable and on time, handing out small water bottles whenever we needed them. The car was always perfectly clean, and Raju's driving skills are the best. We always felt safe in the chaotic Indian traffic, and that is a very difficult thing to achieve if you are used to well-organized European traffic. 11/10 would recommend working with this company for arranging your travels in Northern India or beyond. We had an excellent experience with V-Care Tours during our 11-day trip through Delhi, Jaipur, Ranthambore and Agra. Booking and payment was easy and communication with the company owner and Dinesh, the manager, was quick and responsive. They even helped us book our Ranthambore NP safari entry tickets as we hit a roadblock when trying to do so ourselves on the government page. They also set up a WhatsApp group at the start of the journey with everyone involved (owner, manager, driver, us), so that any questions or messages were always responded to very quickly. Our driver, Guman, was a very careful and responsible driver, always on call, always on time, always flexible and patient when we experienced delays, always polite, and the car was always clean. He even went the extra mile to help us with some errands, and the water bottles he gave us each day were always very welcome. The vehicle was extremely clean, equipped with many USB sockets to charge cell phones and with independent air conditioning for passengers. We had the most wonderful and fascinating sight-seeing day with Sam as our guide and Nissar our driver. At times you have a doubt before booking as to how it will turn up, especially when you have family & kids with you but to our pleasant surprise. Everything was nice & professional from the word go. Our van, driver & guide were perfectly in order & there was nothing to report or complain. Our guide "Ashok" had a very nice blend of English & hindi throughout as we had 3 generations of family with us. Without elaborating much, all i would say & emphasize is that every trip has a sightseeing perspective & then there is an info bit to it, which is where little nuances & nuggets shared by Ashok were quite informative.

Booking a car and driver for our two week trip to India (Delhi- Agra- Jaipur- Ranthambore- Udaipur- Jodhpur- Jaisalmer) was one of the best travel decisions we made. Having a car to retreat to from the bustle and hustle was wonderful, as well as a good way to see India as we drove between stops. Our driver Maharaj Gurjar was a genius at coping with the mad traffic, particularly in cities. He also couldn’t have been kinder or nicer to us - nothing was too much trouble - and we were sad to say goodbye when we took the night train back to Delhi for the plane home. We also had guides through V Care for our first two stops who were excellent.

Lovely and very reasonably priced day with guide Anurag and driver visiting Amber and Jaipur. Reliable arrangements, good car and safe driver, flexibility to accommodate our interests. We took the one day Jaipur tour with Vikas, our guide, and Diwakar, our driver. It was an excellent day and a great way to see all the main sites of Jaipur in a well paced and informative tour. Vikas was a very knowledgeable guide. He shared all the information we needed and answered all our questions along the way. The tour includes many stops and photo opportunities as outlined in the itinerary. Lunch in an Indian restaurant along the way was fine for our needs, and you also have the chance to see a jewellery centre and linen outlet. Both stops are well chosen to experience two of the main local industries in established businesses and we were not pressurised to buy (although we did!) It was a great value tour, and I will be recommending it to my friends when they come to Jaipur

We opted for the Historical Tour ( other options included Shopping tour and IG photo tour). Picked up from our hotel at 9am and dropped at 4pm by Diwakar, who was very polite - no hassle at all. We covered all the main forts/palaces in Jaipur & Yash filled us in on all the rich history of the city & its origins. Yash spoke fluent English & had a rich knowledge which we really appreciated. We stopped for a drink at nice bar in the main bazar - Baradari - but they oddly didnt take AMEX & Yash kindly covered the bill in cash till i paid him back at the hotel - that was a really nice touch. Yash also took some lovely pictures of my gf and I, as he clearly knows all the cool spots and angles !

My wife and I had a really good time during our tour organized by V Care Tours. The communication with Deepak and his team before the tour was very smooth and effortless. Our driver Santosh was a gem. Always very attentive to make sure that we were comfortable and happy. He went above and behond with many nice gestures. All the restaurants that he recommended us where great and according to our taste. He help us find a few souvenirs and to do some shopping but it was always at our request and not to try to earn a commission on our back. We couldn't be happier with Santosh's services. The guides that the company provided in Agra and Jaipur were also both friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks to Bhupi, we were first in the line to get inside the Taj Mahal which allowed us to (breifly) bit the crowd and snap a couple of great pictures. All in all we would definitly recommend V Care Tours to our friends and family, and would hire them again without hesistation if we ever come back to India.

We did a Jaipur City day tour with V care tours. Everything was great. Communication pre-tour organising itinerary and pick up from our hotel (which was over an hour outside Jaipur). Our driver (Ujjwal) for the day was so polite, courteous and friendly. The car was immaculate. He had the aircon on ready for our return to the vehicle. Had water bottles ready for us. Our tour guide (Yash) was also wonderful. He spoke passionately about the sites we visited. Took great photos of our group. And helped us with recommendations for shops, bars and things to do in Jaipur. They also offered transportation services to and from the airport which were significantly cheaper than the rates our hotel was quoting. Highly recommend.
