We had a great day exploring Jaipur and I’d definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see the city’s main sights. We managed to cover so much in one day without ever feeling rushed, and it was a really enjoyable way to learn about Jaipur’s history and culture. Our guide, Asif, was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable and clearly passionate about the places we visited. He gave us plenty of interesting background and stories that we would have completely missed exploring on our own. He was also really easy to chat with, happy to answer all our questions, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and personal rather than like a typical tourist excursion. A big thank you as well to our driver, Max, who was excellent throughout the day. He was friendly, professional and made getting around Jaipur incredibly easy, which is no small feat with the traffic! Between Asif’s guiding and Max looking after the driving, we felt very well taken care of from start to finish. Really glad we chose this tour, and a big thanks to both of them for such a memorable day!

Itinerary
Our tour will begin with a convenient pick-up from your desired location in Jaipur. From there, we'll take you to one of the city's most iconic landmarks - the breathtaking Fort of the Pink City. Located just 14 km away from Jaipur, this UNESCO World Heritage site is a testament to Rajasthan's rich history and awe-inspiring architectural beauty.
Nestled close to the majestic Nahargarh Fort, Royal Gator is a must-visit destination for those interested in Jaipur's rich history and royal heritage. With ancient tombs and mausoleums, including that of the city's founder Jai Singh, this place offers an insight into the lives of Jaipur's Maharajas and their families. The stunning marble domes and columns also make it a perfect spot for capturing unique selfies with a touch of exoticism.
A true architectural masterpiece, the Jal Mahal is a stunning example of Rajput-style design. Its graceful presence seems to effortlessly float on the tranquil waters of Man Sagar Lake. This magnificent water palace was constructed in the 17th century and has served as a beloved residence for generations of Jaipur's royal family.
Jaipur's Hawa Mahal, also known as the Palace of Winds, is a must-see attraction. Built by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh, it was originally intended to serve as a residence for the royal court ladies. Its iconic pink pyramid-shaped exterior is adorned with intricate latticework windows that not only provided privacy but also allowed the women to observe activities outside. A visit to this architectural wonder is essential when exploring Jaipur and learning about its fascinating history.
When exploring the vibrant Pink City of Jaipur, one must-see attraction is the Jantar Mantar. This grand astronomical observatory was constructed by Maharaja Jai Singh and has been recognized as a World Heritage Site. The site boasts remarkable sundials and geometric structures that were utilized by royal astronomers to observe and track the movements of celestial bodies like the sun, planets, and constellations. Legend has it that the central sundial at Jantar Mantar can precisely tell time with an accuracy of just 2 seconds.
A visit to Jaipur is incomplete without exploring the City Palace, situated just a short distance from the Jantar Mantar. This grand palace complex features several palaces including Chandra Mahal and Mubarak Mahal, and still serves as the residence of the Royal Family of Jaipur. Built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II when he moved his court from Amber to Jaipur, it boasts impressive architecture and provides a glimpse into the city's fascinating past.
Panna Meena Kund is a historic stepwell located near the Amber Fort (Amer Fort) in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This architectural marvel is a symmetrical, multi-story structure built with steps that descend to a water reservoir. It is believed to have been constructed during the 16th century, though the exact date is not confirmed. The stepwell is known for its intricate geometric design, vibrant carvings, and picturesque setting. It once served as a water source for the locals, especially during the dry season. The site is also popular for photography, with its visually stunning steps, arches, and surrounding landscape. Panna Meena Kund is a unique blend of utility and beauty, reflecting traditional Rajasthani architecture and engineering. It is located close to Amber Fort, making it a popular stop for visitors exploring the fort and the surrounding area.
A visit to the Pink City is incomplete without experiencing its lively bazaars. These bustling shopping streets are filled with shops and stalls selling a variety of goods, including spices, fruits, jewelry, clothing, and hand-crafted kitchenware. Whether you prefer walking or driving through this vibrant market scene, it's an essential part of any trip to the city.

Max is a great guide, we had lots of fun with him showing us around in Jaipur
We had a great time during our visit to Jaipur. We visited most the recommended attractions, with the highlight being the elephant ride up into Amber Fort. Our guide Tosif was very accommodating, polite and helpful and made sure everything worked seamlessly and went out of his to ensure we fitted extra sightseeing venues. Thanks again Tosif 🙏
This was an amazing tour! Extremely well organized and super personalized. I was interested in seeing Jaipur through the eyes of a local and oh boy I got that! The guide, Najish, even took me to the school he went to when growing up. Our tuk tuk driver, Max, was amazing. Gave great restaurant recommendations and was pointing out major landmarks during the drive. I really recommend taking the tuk tuk! Best way to explore the city and get some natural AC!! Thank you to the team! Highly recommend
Had a wonderful experience touring Jaipur with Tosif from Max tours. He explained the historical background of all the monuments we visited and also took me shopping to all the authetic factory outlets. Had an enriching visit to various factories and got to learn what goes into making such beautiful handicrafts. Would highly recommend 💯💯
We are very grateful to Max for the two days spent in Jaipur. I highly recommend him; he not only showed us all the famous places in the city but also helped us find our bus in the evening, which was very helpful.
We had an amazing tour in Jaipur yesterday with our guide Toshib and our driver Abdullah. They took us to many different places and explained everything in great detail. All our questions were answered patiently. What we especially appreciated was how flexible they were with our needs. Even when we wanted to spend more time at certain sights or walk through markets and small stalls, we never felt rushed. In total, we were on the road for almost 12 hours and got to see everything we wanted from the city. Thank you for this wonderful experience and the warm hospitality. Highly recommended!
Max was knowledgable and fun, he took us all over Jaipur and was helpful and respectful of us, (2 British women travellers) he couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. We would strongly recommend him, travelling by tuktuk is a great way to see the city and although the traffic is wild, we felt safe with his driving and guiding skills. Five stars to Max!
Abdul Ji and Tosif are two wonderful people so polite and good natured. Abdul Ji drove us around and Tosif is the best guide I could have asked for. He was very patient and never hurried to explain anything. I learnt a lot about Jaipur Kings and his Kingdoms. He is also an excellent photographer who captured all candid pictures for me and is extremely patient. Good with his skills and a nice human being. Both are on time and very helpful. I felt very safe and this was my first ever solo trip. Thank you both !!

Had a very nice tour with Asif. Visited Hawa Mahal and Jantar Mantar. He was very knowledgeable and showed us spots and told us details we would have never got by just going ourselfs.
The trip was awesome. Our guide Mr. Mustak helped us a lot at Amer fort, City Palace and Jantar Mantar. The weather was not so favourable but we could still experience and understand Jaipur's history. We went to a handicraft shop, where we learned about different works, and a jewellery where they cut and polish precious stones. Overall the day was amazing, except the weather.
Easy to communicate, easily approachable. Guide was very friendly and helpful. We definitely book with them again next time.
