We really enjoyed our private tour of Versailles with Marie Diane! She picked us up at our Paris apartment for the drive to Versailles. It was a stormy day so unfortunately, the gardens were closed. But we got an excellent tour of the interior of the palace. Marie Diane was very animated and enthusiastic, as well as very knowledgeable about French history and the history of the palace and the details of all the interior rooms. Highly recommend!

Thank you Sid for a great day out. The day was organised with us and adapted as the day progressed which worked really well. Sid was a really kind and informative guide we thoroughly enjoyed his company. It was so nice to be welcomed into ‘aunty’s’ home for chai. Thank you
I purchased this tour to see the architecture and history of the city. The tour guide Viru was creepy, rude and repeatedly tried to sell me things. At one point he left me in a secluded garment store where the owner tried to sell me things. After 15 minutes I left to find the tour guide and the shop owner followed me, and shook his head at the tour guide, clearly they knew each other. The tour guide was upset that I didn't buy anything. This tour guide is a scam artist. I did see everything in the list, but I felt a little grossed out the entire time. He repeatedly tried to drag me into random shops to buy things and got upset and pushy when I said no. I did not book this tour to be scammed into buying random things. Shame on Viru for being greedy and taking advantage of tourists. He took me to the farmer's market in the morning which was cool to see, but he gave me a yellow flower necklace that was intended for married women, and he said if he wore one too people would think we were married. Then he said "you're not my wife... yet". He also asked if I did yoga, because someone with my body type clearly does yoga. It was really gross. I started just rushing us through the rest of the tour stops because I wanted it to be over.
Our first time in India and Jaipur of course - we weren’t sure about what we wanted to see, but our guide, Raju, curated the experience so well. We got to visit the early morning vegetable market, drink chai in local spots, and see sights that were not crowded, but beautiful nonetheless. Raju was very knowledgeable and personable. He didn’t rush the experience and went about our pace. Very important for someone who needs chai every two hours!! We absolutely loved the block printing experience, something very unique in Jaipur! Overall, Raju and this tour is amazing!!
We spent the last two days in Jaipur with Raju and it has been incredible! It wasn’t my first time in Jaipur, but I didn’t do much tourism last time I came here, so one of my friends recommended Raju as a tour guide and it has been the best tip someone could ever give me. He showed us around, explained everything in detail and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. He did not only take us to the “must see” sightseeing of the city but also showed us authentic and local experiences that as a tourist we’d never discover on our own. He also helped us with some Indian logistics (such as train tickets) and gave us great advice. We had a great time, and we are really grateful for all his work and professionalism. We absolutely recommend it if you want to get to know the real Jaipur while enjoying yourself. Thanks Raju for such an amazing time!
Raju is not only the best guide that you can find, but also one of the best person you would like to meet in your life. Spending time together was so nice and stimulating and I have shared real experiences with local people that were also interested about me and my culture. I felt like home with him and I felt honoured to know his family and his friends. I totally recommend Raju for every kind of trip or tip you need in India. He is your guide 😉 and now, he is also my friend. Thanks Raju 🙏 Namaste
We had specifically written and told jaipur by local and our guide Raju that we did not want to be taken to ANY shopping. Yet immediately after Amber Fort, we got dumped off at a fabric printing "demonstration" that we could see instantly was going to lead to a sales pitch. To add insult to injury, the demonstration was in a mosquito-infested location and my husband and I both got severely bitten. After we left, we told the guide again "no more shopping". The guide completely ignored this and over the course of the day, proposed visiting a painter, weaver, sari shop, leather shop and two different jewelry shops, before finally taking us up to what he said was a lookout location and then leaving us at his friend's shop! Selfies: Despite the fact that my husband and I are in our early 30s, we do not take selfies nor do we use our phones as cameras. We have a very nice camera that takes excellent pictures and we use that and then upload the photos to our social media accounts. Our guide repeatedly demanded that we give him our phones for selfie pictures and when we said no, that we didn't want selfies and wanted to use our camera, he kept insisting on us giving him our phones. He eventually only agreed to take pictures with our camera if he also got to take pictures of us on our phones. In addition, he kept trying to get us to stand in yoga poses in front of historic buildings which I thought was incredibly disrespectful of the buildings. I understand that some tourists may choose to take pictures that way, but was shocked that the guide ASKED us to do it. Poor knowledge of history Let me preface this by saying that I was a religion major and a history lover who prepared for my trip to India by reading a 600 page book on its history. So I came into the tour already knowing the basics and was hoping to gain some deeper and more specific knowledge about Jaipur and its rulers. I was sadly disappointed. Our tour guide Raju did not possess any historical knowledge beyond that which can be gleaned by reading a guidebook. We were surprised at his lack of knowledge, as we had been told these guides were "trained". After our experience, I assume this "training" must be a basic course on how to navigate the city, not a knowledge-based history lesson. I found myself reading wikipedia articles in the car between locations in order to have a better understanding of what I was looking at. Our guide was not able to tell us specific dates for many of the buildings and did not know most of the historical figures beyond the five primary emperors. In addition, he repeated as truth various stories that have been proven to be untrue or highly historically unlikely. Finally, he would shut me down after I asked him several questions saying that what I had asked wasn't important, or did not matter. My husband found the guide's pushiness towards shopping and selfies most disturbing, but I was most upset by the complete lack of knowledge and general disinterest he showed towards his own history. Overall, this was the worst tour guide I have ever had. The combination of a complete inability to listen to and respect our wishes as to the camera and shopping, as well as the clear lack of training or historical knowledge made this day an extremely unpleasant experience.
we had an incredible stay with raju it was magical we recommend it At 100% we enjoyed our holidays very much
It was an amazing time with Raju! He is a very good guide, he will show you the wonderful places in and around Jaipur that only the locals know. We liked everything very much, thank you Raju👍😃
Raju is a very nice and excellent guide ! Very good French speaking, we did the whole visit in French language ! Of course very good English speaking as well ! He gives a lot of very interesting informations. I highly recommend him !
I was so lucky to have Raju bhai as my guide & best friend in one! It’s my first time traveling to jaipur and I was a bit afraid of the huge city Jaipur, unknown city and whom I could trust. I was soo grateful, that he welcomed me into his city so warmly, building a bridge for me to arrive in jaipur feeling taken care of and save! He is so caring, friendly, supportive, trustworthy and has his heart on the right side. it was easy for me to trust him from the beginning and I felt very safe and perfectly taken care of me In the beginning we only planned one day together and we finished up traveling around for full 2 days. These days were ones of the best ones of my life ❤️ Warm heartedly, I can recommend Raju bhai as a host and a good friend. I feel like we became true friends and I’m looking forward to see him again. Best wishes, much health and love. and once again i want to say Raju bhai & His family, friends 😍. I met them on my solo travel . I would surely recommend.
Raju is the nicest person we’ve met in jaipur ! Unlike the other tour guides, he is humble and chill, never try to push anything. Proficient in English and French, he knows jaipur by heart and always can come up with recommendations that suits our needs, from food, places to visit to jewelry hunting! Thanks to him we went to a nice jewelry shop and bought a nice diamond ring for a friend’s wedding.
Very nice experience with Raju. Very knowledge person about the places. He explained everything is simply awesome.
Raju was professional guide and very fluent in English. Very safe and organised plan tour. Would recommend people 100% to takae up this tour.

Raju has information about every small and big tourist place of Jaipur. Spending a day with Raju made me aware of rich heritage of Amer and Jaipur.
I met Raju directly in Amer, he was recommended by a close friend. We traveled together to Jaipur when some states in India had several restrictions due to the Covid19 pandemic. Jaipur was roughly open, and Raju hosted us at his home. I can only say that he is completely friendly, besides he is an excellent tour guide and despite the moment, we enjoyed getting to know this wonderful place. I can say that he knows perfectly the area and how to give you an amazing time. When you are a traveler, you wait always know the best places, the most historical and understand the local culture. Go ahead international travelers with my friend Raju!
We asked Raju to combine main sights and some of the walking tour and he did this for us so brilliantly. We had the best day! Raju is an amazing guide who knows his city (and so many other places!) so well. We had lunch in his home which was lovely. We would highly recommend a tour with him, it was one of favourite days in India so far. Thanks Raju :)
I was recommended Raju by my friend when we came to an Indian wedding. He is awesome and he knows all the hidden places in Jaipur. Definitely use his services again. Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous. 5 stars are not enough!!
Where to start ? Raju was recommended by a friend of mine , when I planned to visit India , I first contacted Raju to know more about India in advance , he was so helpful with all my questions. My first destination was Delhi but I didn't stay there and went direct to Jaipur by a taxi which was booked by Raju as well, next day we started a full day sightseeing, but believe me he organised this tour with everything , like I am a local , visiting UNESCO world heritage sites to visiting slums along with non touristic sites which I would not have found by myself , and yes , the lunch was included in the tour and infact it was at his house , I was warmly welcomed at his house ,really it was an unforgettable experience for me . I highly recommend this energetic young guy who is fully updated about his area, history , architecture and culture. Take his tour once , you will see , it's not just a tour , it's a lifetime experience. Thanks for all Raju , keep it up PS: Raju is the one who has also appeared in the BBC series "The Real Marigold Hotel"
Raju is a great francophone guide, he was flexible on our requests. The visit was detailed and had answered many of our questions in impeccable French. Moreover it remained available later via WhatsApp which greatly helped us to find a guide on dehli
Two great days prepared by Raju for my teenager and me. A great moment full of kindness and simplicity, allowing us to discover Jaïpur. And lots of great advice! Thanks Raju 🙏🏻
I had the opportunity to do all the tricks that Raju offers and collaborate with him professionally on a series of articles. It is an excellent Francophone guide as rarely exists. Professional, enthusiastic, attentive to the needs of the people he accompanies and extremely friendly. I can only recommend you to go on tour with him, you will meet a beautiful person as well as an authentic and passionate India.
Travelling through India I visited the glorious city of Jaipur. Then I met a new friend, Raja, who was also my guide to Japur itself. The city itself is beautiful and worth noting, there is a lot of history, but Raju showed me even more interesting places where visiting tourists do not visit. In the future I will also address him if there is a question on India as he knows all India and can show all India.
We loved discovering Jaipur with Raju. This is the third time I’ve been to India and I would have liked to get to know him before... he’s a very good guide, thoughtful, funny and professional, who knows his city perfectly. We really enjoyed spending time with him. You can really feel that he is happy to show his city with enthusiasm. Thank you again for this experience that would not have been the same without you. See you soon in Jaipur or France!
My girlfriend and I spent 1 week in the company of Raju who was our guide in Amberfort! The following days we visited all the beautiful places , walked among the monkeys until we reached the highest point of the city , accompanied us to see the city market , the flower market and we were also at the temple to attend a ceremony ! A super guide and an exceptional person! Thank you very much 😃
Raju is an extraordinary guide, very cultured. He speaks perfect French and English, and is in a good contagious mood. We visited Jaipur alongside him, and his stories made us want to visit the rest of India. I highly recommend you guide very friendly, exciting and passionate.
I was a great day with Raju. He knows Amber area and the fort very well. We first went to see a well that remains in the village, we went at night to see the fort, it is a very different experience than what you can live in the day, there is less personaz and there is the possibility to relax a little. Raju guided us around the place explaining each area and stories of the place. The tour was very interactive and pleasant, Raju leaves the possibility to experience the fort in a very relaxed and pleasant way. Thank you so much for everything, thank you for the tour.
We only spent a day with Raju and we were delighted. This guide speaks perfect French and knows his city and its surroundings very well. It is very good advice. Thanks to Raju we have learned a lot and we recommend it to all future travelers to Jaipur
Raju An exceptional being passionate about history I highly recommend it was a beautiful meeting. Thanks to Raju
Raju meena is an excellent guide. Smiling friendly, patient and passionate about his country, in sharing, joy and good humor. It is reliable
My trip to India was a childhood dream come true! Thanks to raju my dream of discovering India was perfect. Raju is a very nice and kind person. He did everything he could to make my vacation the way I dreamed. I enjoyed my trip so much that I returned several times with family and friends. We enjoyed our stay very much thanks to this beautiful person. With Raju, vinay and their friends I discovered the real part of India: monuments, temples, fortresses... I even played cricket 🏏, I saw the real life of India, and I frequented the locals. Raju is something very generous and sincere. He knows his country well and knows how to organize good plans to enjoy the day. I do several cities with him and his friends and I discovered his endearing and caring personality. We quickly became friends and even good friends. I am really happy to have a friend like him, a beautiful person it is very rare these days. He is also an honest person in his work. Now I’ve been traveling in India for 4 years and I know him and his great mom and his great family. Now when I go to India I take just a few days to stop in Jaipur to visit my beautiful friends. What I love most about Raju is that he has small gestures towards others, and his simplicity to see life. My trip to India taught me that you have to go discover the world and meet beautiful people like Raju in these 5 corners of the world. For me to review it is a minimum for what I experienced in India 🇮🇳 surrounded by people sensitive to our wishes:)
