The whole trip was outstanding. The punctuality of the tour guide and driver and their knowledge and skills were impeccable. Really impressed with bespoken flexibility. The customisation allowed us to pursue areas of special interests to us and for the tour guide to deal with merchants for necessary medicines as we needed. The skip the line ability saved us a lot of time so we could see more. We highly re recommend this tour.
we were totally amazed by the outstanding services and the tour guide that made our journey very soecial. our driver worked magic on these very crowded roads and crazy traffic. and keta not forget the suoerb hotels. to sum it up, leta do it again.
We were delighted by how easy and organised the the process was before and during the trip. The pre trip.packet had all the details needed during the trip. The tour guides weee very knowledgeable and caring. The made the trip stress and worry free. We'll be traveling with Abby and Scout tours again
We had a fantastic trip. Sabir was attentive and worked hard to make sure we had a great experience. We appreciated the insights he shared, his flexibility, and his dedication to making the trip as enjoyable as possible. He also knew exactly where to find the best chai wallahs, which was a real bonus. Our driver was excellent - super focused. We did some long drives with some early starts and he made us feel totally safe at all times - and if you have been to India then you know driving here requires skill.
Our entire experience was flawless and amazing! Sabir was a fantastic guide! Everything was smooth, stress free, educational and fun! He took care in what we wanted to see, even the things we found last minute. Our driver Om was an amazing person as well, we were so sad to leave him on our second leg of the trip. I couldn’t recommend a guide and company more! Make sure you ask for Sabir and Om:)
If we could give more stars for this tour. I would. We had a tour around Delhi. Agra and Jaipur. Vijay met us at the airport even though. We were delayed for over 2 hours in passport control. We were shown the sights of Delhi. We then moved to Agra which was stunning next on to Jaipur which was also fantastic. I would like to mention Vijay as he went above and beyond the call of duty. Loved the Indian people and country it would highly recommend this tour
We had Abby and Scout Tours to help us for our trip to Agra. It was a family gathering as some of our family members were coming over from the US. Everything was we expected and more. We had a very nice tour guide who was very knowledgeable about the sites in Agra. We were booked into Trident Agra hotel which was certainly a great choice. We really enjoyed our time in Agra. Highly recommend.
If you’re hesitant on booking this tour, don’t be! My group and I had an amazing experience with MJ - our tour guide. MJ is the kind of guide who tells stories instead of just pointing out things. He made the trip so easy on us and pretty much had the whole tripped planned out. Which is an absolute must when navigating India. He remained flexible when needed, and also kept us moving in order to get as much in as possible. He was also a very easy person to spend time with, and fit right into our group! It was an overall unforgettable experience - and I’ll be recommending them to all family and friends who are planning on doing this trip.
Ali was extremely helpful throughout our query and booking process. We told him exactly what we were after and even though some requests might not be everyone’s choice and he delivered. Each place we stayed was well chosen and of a good quality. We would have no hesitation to recommend them and also used them again.
It was our second trip with Abbh & Scout tours and once again muh better than we expected. At no point during the whole your we felt being pushed or rushing through. We found both the tour guide and driver very friendly and welcoming. We have already recommended the tour to our friends and other family members.
My time with Abby & Scout Tours was great. I had a minor issue with 1 hotel and they were quick to address the issue. I did a 4-day Golden Triangle Tour. Here is a break down by city. Agra - Pawan Singh My guide in Agra, Pawan, is very personable and knowledgeable about the locations we visited. Explained the history and different architecture and art work found on the various structures. Also explained the blend of Hindu, Islamic and Western styles. For English speakers who may have a hard time understanding an Indian accent, Pawan is the guide you want. His accent is barely noticeable. Jaipur - Tahir Hussain My guide in Jaipur, Tahir, is very personable, flexible with changes to the itinerary and helpful with recommendations. He made the 2 days in Jaipur very enjoyable and is very knowledgeable about the locations we visited. For the historical grandeur the Amber Palace was great. My nerd side enjoyed the astrological observatory, and my fun/adventure side enjoyed the monkey temple (bring an extra shirt if you plan to feed the monkeys...they poop). 😄 New Delhi - Manprit Singh My guide in New Delhi, Manprit, tailored his services to the experience I already had. He understood I had seen the Taj Mahal and some forts & palaces and did not try to repeat the same information. He did a great job of quickly reviewing some things and drawing connections to the various sites I'd seen in Agra & Jaipur to the sites in New Delhi. Driver - Mukesh My driver for the entire trip, Mukesh, was great, especially in the often hectic driving conditions in Indian cities. Very hospitable, frequently offered cold water and cokes, and kept his car very clean & comfortable. He recommended a few sites along our route which we stopped at, and were very enjoyable. Hotels Agra - Hotel Taj Resorts (3/5 rating) The room was comfortable and clean. The location was great. But the air-conditioning did not cool the room properly and it was hot sleeping at night. Also, there was a slight odor in the room that smelled like sewer gas. I would not stay there again. Jaipur - Hotel Khandela Haveli (5/5 rating) This hotel was great. I loved the old world charm. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I would return to this hotel. New Delhi - Hotel City Star (5/5 rating) This was hotel was great. Modern style. Comfortable, clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
Seeing the Taj Mahal was an amazing experience We also enjoyed visiting the Qutab Minar and Agra Fort. Our driver was very good and a helpful with everything. The hotels were very comfortable. We would recommend you.
We used Abby and Scout to book 2 minibus transfers: One from Jaipur to Agra stopping at Abhaneri Step Well and Fatehpur Sikri. The second from Udaipur to Jodhpur stopping at Kumbhalgarh and Ranakpur on the way. We organised the rest of the trip ourselves for a group of 8. Ali was incredibly efficient. We also asked on the day if he could do us a trip to the Amber Fort in Jaipur and he rustled up a minibus and guide within a couple of hours. He also organised guides for us at Fatehpur Sikri and the Taj Mahal - both of whom were excellent and saved us lots of time and hastle. Would 100% recommend Ali. His communication was excellent, both via email and whatsapp phone calls. THANK YOU ALI.
My sister and I used this company while we were in India as we are 2 young women travelling together and were apprehensive about public transport after reading some things online. We used Abby and Scout for a same day trip to Agra which was excellent. We were picked up at 7 am and made some stops along the way which helped break up the car journey, we had guides at both stops and then also at the Taj Mahal. All our guides were pre arranged and included in the price which was really helpful and all the guides were really kind and helpful. Our driver was also very kind, he made us feel safe and we felt comfortable enough to both fall asleep in the car. We also stopped at an atm on the way and he accompanied us which made us feel very safe. Our driver also made sure to ask were we feeling okay and if we needed anything. He was a very good driver and his car was incredibly clean!! We also used this company for transferring between Jaipur and Jodhpur and also Jodhpur and Udaipur. Our driver, Pawan Singh, was excellent. His car was clean and he was a great driver. Very kind and chatty. He even stopped on the way to get us coca cola and chocolate!! While in Jodhpur the company also arranged a tour guide for the afternoon who was excellent, he knew so much about Jodhpur and showed us everything he could in a few hours. On the way to Udaipur they had also arranged for us to stop at Ranakpur temple which was stunning. Overall I highly recommend this company and would happily recommend them to friends and family. I emailed with Ali to arrange it all and it was so easy and he always replied to emails quickly and efficiently. Even if you just need a guide for a day I would highly suggest using this company.
From the very first contact we had, we found them to be highly responsive. The car was comfortable and the driver ( Mr. Shyam) made us feel easy from the moment we were picked up from the hotel to the moment we were dropped off at Agra train station. Daniel, tour guide in Agra was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the places we explored. thank you for a wonderful experience.
Great care in the preparation of the itinerary, in the selection of hotels and activities, very kindness and competence!
Our group of four, which started at Jaipur airport, picked up for four days, headed all the way to the ranthambhore nature reserve and ended up at the end of our trip to Agra. The driver, Lalit, was very serious, got us water, paper towels, notebooks, drove carefully all the way, the car was new and very clean, and it was nothing like the local Uber. We ended up with a 10 percent tip and a gift for Lalit and Ali from China. Thank you so much for the safe and convenient charter service, Toyota Innova was a six-seater, but we had two big suitcases, so one was in the co-pilot, then two people in the middle row, half of the last row flipped down and dropped the suitcase, half of the last row was exactly one person who could only sit in the girl, and the man sat in and squeezed, which is just four people, so if there were a lot of people, a bigger car was needed.
