4-nights 5-days India's Golden Triangle - Jaipur Agra Delhi Tour

We (Americans) had the great privilege of being escorted by Janu on our tour group (Women Who Explore). We felt welcomed and taken care of in every way. Janu is incredible and if he shares his story with you, consider yourself lucky because it’s a heroic story of bravery, luck, and hard work that has become my favorite part of visiting the incredible country of India. His story needs to be a book or movie someday! Janu’s team picked us up at the Delhi airport, even in the middle of the night when our flight was delayed. They escorted us to our Delhi hotel, showed us some sites in Delhi, arranged for saree fabrics to be brought to our hotel for custom fittings, escorted us to Agra, where we toured Agra Fort with the incredibly knowledgeable and kind Miraj, who’s a wonderful story teller and very conscientious host. And the next day, our sarees arrived from Delhi(!) in time for us to see the Taj Mahal by sunrise! It’s an experience I’ll never forget! Janu and Miraj escorted us through the chaotic entrance to the palace, stayed with us the whole way, took professional-level photos of us, and gave us historical information about Taj Mahal! The entire experience was unforgettable. The next day we were transported by a safe people mover to the Marigold Homestay. The hotel is in a Jaipur neighborhood and staying there feels like getting to know the incredible city of Jaipur. Our room was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. Dinners and breakfasts on the rooftop were a perfect way to begin and end the day. Janu connected us to textile merchants, jewelers, a food tour guide (highly recommended!), tuk tuk drivers, local tour guides, restaurants, and amazing tours of all the top sites in the area. He is honest and trustworthy, always looking out for his guests and happy to provide whatever one might need. Not only will you enjoy your tours with Janu, but they will become the favorite memories of your trip. ❤️

We were lucky enough to hear about Janu Private Tours from some friends who used them a couple years ago and highly recommended them. From the start, everything was so lovely. Aqeel was patient with us, informative, and so prompt with answering all our questions and helping us decide on an itinerary. Our driver Sunil kept us safe and comfortable. At the end of the trip he felt more like a friend. He was so professional, knowledgeable, and kind. We also got local tour guides in each city, which really helped us learn so much. When traveling we usually do things on our own, but having the local guides for all the temples, forts, and museums really added to the experience. Surya, Mehrag, and Joji were the best tour guides and their knowledge was incredible. No question were left unanswered. Finally, we had the pleasure of meeting Janu in Jaipur and it was great. It was so cool to learn more about how he grew his company and hear more about all his incredible travels. From beginning to end, everyone involved in making our tour an incredible experience was truly amazing. We felt so taken care of and cannot recommend Janu Private Tours enough. I hope we are lucky enough to visit India again and we definitely wouldn’t hesitate to book another tour with Janu.

Janu Tours arranged a Delhi-Agra-Rathampore-Jaipur tour for a group of 9 WOMEN Who Explore. Every step of the way, our expert guide, Mehraj, coordinated a safe and smooth experience and took professional photographs of each member as well as the group together at such locations as the Taj Mahal, the tiger and leopard tours and Jaiper Pink City, just to name a few. It was the most thoughtful, well-organized and delightful tour I have ever experienced. The company owner, Janu, employs only the finest tour guides and expert van driver. We were guided through a variety of tours, classes and experiences, offered the best hotels and food imaginable, and put us up in his own home stay Marigold Inn hotel in Jaiper. We were safe, coordinated and supervised at all times. 10 stars!

We had an amazing time! We went for a private tour and we had the best time. Our driver Zaheer took great care of us the entire time and we felt safe and comfortable with him throughout the journey. In Delhi, our knowledgeable guide Nikhil took us for a tuktuk ride around town and told us about the history and culture of the place. We went around Jaipur with Surya who was a master of photography and told us everything about the places he took us. On the way to Agra we went to Fatehpur Sikri and our guide Maharaj took us on a magical journey through time with the story of Emperor Akhbar. Agra was amazing and our guide Deepak was master of storytelling. We felt like home with Janu Private Tours and their excellence is remarkable. I strongly recommend them!

Our trip was flawlessly organized from start to finish, leaving no room for concern. Our driver, Jaheer, was exceptionally thoughtful and consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Whenever someone in our group started coughing, he would stop to get cough drops without hesitation. My trip to India was a lifelong dream and Janu’s team made it come true in the best way possible! I came with another 12 women from all over the USA, Europe and Asia and I can safely say that we all loved having a private driver, a tour guide in each city who spoke amazing English and taught us a LOT about history & culture AND you can’t beat being the ONLY guests at Janu’s beautiful homestay in Jaipur. But it doesn’t stop there! My luggage never arrived from the US and Janu and his team made sure to spend some time with me shopping for necessities and even covered the cost of some of my shopping when my card wasn’t accepted at a couple of places. I really don’t think it gets more personable than that! I am definitely going back to India and will not do so without contacting Janu! His entire team is what you want when you’re on vacation: professional, friendly, fun, safe, engaging and knowledgeable. If you go to India and don’t contact Janu I’m sorry to say you won’t have as good of a time!

After landing in Dehli we got picked up by our driver Lalan. He brought us directly to the Hotel. We already experienced how convenient it is to have a driver. Lalan is a good car driver and nice travel campanion. Our Guide Manu gaves us a good impression of dehli and was able to show as both sides of this city. The Traffic in Delhi was horrible so we spent a lot of time just to get from on city Point to another. Between each city we visited we drove around 250km but Lalan always gave us a nice and komfortabel journy. We made some stops on the way to take pictures of the country side and went to good Restaurants. Next day in Agra we watched the sunrise in front of Tahj Mahal (which you should also do, but not because of the sunrise but because of the heat). Our Guide Rahu told us a lot of things about the inline art and also brought us to a place where they still make this kind of art. On our third stop in Jaipur we met the Boss Janu. My first Impression of Janu was very good. If you want to travel around india i am telling you this guy knows what he is doing. In Jaipur i (21 year old Student traveling with parents) was already tired of all this Buildings and History but Suria managed to show us a lot of things in the town without making it exhausting. My Favorit part of the Journey was our stay in Mandawa. Abid gave us an very good impression of this old dessert like City full of beautiful buildings. He also organized an Camel ride for us.

We had a great time on our tour, Rakesh our driver was amazing. Always on time (even when we weren't), always smiling and more than happy to change the itinery around to suit what we wanted. It made all the difference!! Amazingly his car had Wi-Fi, the journeys were comfortable and we felt safe the whole time. It was an oasis of calm in the manic streets of the golden triangle. The guides were also great, all very knowledgeable and friendly. We especially liked Raj at the fort between Agra and Jaipur, we didn't have enough money to pay the entrance fee but he took us around a range of other sights for free and brought everything to life. This was our first time visiting the Golden Triangle, so we wanted to make sure we had someone knowledgeable with the area to take us around. We were SO lucky to be paired with Shakir bhai. He drove us safely from city to city, and went above and beyond with accommodations - always making sure there were cold waters and Diet Cokes in the cooler. Shakir bhai gave us several recommendations when it came to food and what to keep an eye out for when we went to the attractions. He was truly the best part of our trip - my friends and I reminisce about our time with him whenever we're together!!

Our tour of Agra, Jaipur and Udapuir ( with an added stop in Barli ) was fantastic !!! Our driver, Rakesh, helped to make the experience unforgettable. My father and I just completed a 7 day tour of Rajasthan with Janu Private Tours. We visited Agra, Jaipur, Udaipur, and Jodhpur. We had a wonderful driver throughout, Mr. Jaheer Khan. He could not have been more patient, solicitous, and helpful in our journey. He was always early to pick us up, provided water or sodas, navigated the adventurous Indian roads, and helped in any way possible. We had local tour guides in each city, each of whom was knowledgeable, gave great advice, and knew the critical tips for maximizing our time and minimizing our headaches. They were entirely flexible as to what we wanted to see or didn't and handled things at our pace. I largely handled the arrangements via email and Whatsapp and everything was delivered as agreed. All in all, it was a fabulous trip at an extremely reasonable price.

We booked the golden triangle tour covering delhi, agra and jaipur. Service was excellent. Janu (the owner) is easy to deal with. Driver provided was very helpful and respectful. Car provided was comfortable and clean.

Jaheer Khan with Janu Travel was my driver for 12 wonderful days in northern India. He was kind, respectful and so knowledgeable. His suggestions were spot on for meals, shopping, street snacks and especially sweet shops! LOL When I had trouble with an Indian SIM card for my phone, he was my champion. He drove around and talked to people all evening until my mobile was working perfectly. 🙏 I would recommend him fully.

Needless to say, India can be a bit overwhelming if you haven't been there before. Janu Private Tours and specifically, our driver Nadeem Khan, was a great choice by our travel agent to help us get around and put our mind at ease. Nadeem picked us up on a very late arrival into Delhi and his first explanation was what to expect while driving in India (its like a video game). For the next 5 days--going from Delhi, to Agra, to Jaipur--while the roads always seemed somewhat treacherous, we always put our full trust in Nadeem and always felt safe. And that's just the start...we can't thank Nadeem enough for arranging top-notch guides, taking us to perfect restaurants, telling us who and what to avoid, stopping at MANY ATMs, and being a wonderful host in his hometown of Jaipur (our favorite part of India). This is the second time I visit India and again I had the pleasure to be guided by Janu and his team. Thanks to Janu for organizing a tour of the golden triangle, my friend and I felt it was one of the best trips one could have in India. The hotels he arranged for us were clean, in nice locations and came together with great Indian hospitality and food. Our driver Akshay was the best, he took very good care of us while showing us around the cities. For each destination we had a different guide with local knowledge so I was impressed every time by the level of professionalism of the people. Everybody in Janu's team is so friendly and positive it really feels like you are on a different planet. They have always tried to make the day tours very interesting and get the most out of every second. Janu arranged the accommodation for Goa also, where he nailed a great guest house, close to the beach. It was again a great visit to India and look forward to repeating this experience again. There are still parts of India that I want to explore and I would like to do it using Janu Private Tours. I very much enjoyed this second trip to India and I was sad for it to come to an end. The tour was great! Our driver Nizam was very nice and drove very calmly and safely. He took care of drinks and snacks and also told us a few things about the cities. We were free to decide how long we wanted to stay at the sightseeing spots.

We had the pleasure of traveling with Mr. Rakesh as our private driver during our trip around India (Golden Triangles: Delhi - Agra - Jaipur) and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! Mr. Rakesh was always punctual and extremely reliable. He gave us impressive insights into the country and its people and he effortlessly navigated the often hectic streets (even New Delhi chaos!), which gave us a feeling of security. In addition to his safe driving skills, Mr. Rakesh was also a wonderful companion. He was always polite, helpful and had a wealth of information about the places we visited. And he was also very open to trying new things. So after an initial wandering (thanks to Google Maps!) we were able to find our designated destination (the Baori in Neemrana). We traveled with a prior reservation made with Janu, and we could not have been happier. From the moment they picked us up at the airport, until they dropped us off again. The driver is excellent, they always have water in the car and are at your disposal. Your own homestay, the Marigold is absolutely excellent! The best, if not the best in India. Of course, our experience would not have been the same without the Janu team! Totally recommended. India is not an easy country but thanks to them the experience has been wonderful!
