Rooms extremely small. Mattress was dirty and was not covered properly (sheets were not fitted correctly at all). Something was also wrong with the food/drinks as my whole party felt ill after only eating/drinking there for 2 days (we did not eat outside)
We are a Malaysian family who stayed here for 1 night. The food was very good, the chefs went all way out to prepare some chinese stir fry vegetables that we have been craving for after 2 weeks in India. There was a small issue with one of the rooms but they managed to resolve it promptly so, Thumbs Up! Will be back.
I recently stayed at this hotel and it was an absolute disaster. The overall quality and maintenance of the rooms are completely unacceptable.
Here are the major issues I faced during my stay:
Extremely Cramped Room: The room was incredibly small and suffocating (congested). There was barely any space to move around comfortably.
Broken Bathroom Amenities: The bathroom was in terrible shape. The exhaust fan was not working, making the space feel completely unventilated, and the toilet flush was broken.
Uncomfortable Bed: A good night's sleep was impossible because the bed was extremely uncomfortable and poorly maintained.
Abysmal Housekeeping: The housekeeping service was very poor. They were unresponsive, slow, and did not bother to maintain basic cleanliness or fix the issues reported.
I would strongly advise against staying here. For the price charged, the basic amenities and service should at least be functional. Definitely not recommended.

I requested a cake to be brought at 12 am.
I made the the request in the morning and they made sure it came to my room right in time.

The only things I would like to improve is that I was missing a conditioner along with shampoo in the washroom as I saw the amenities I dropped it from my kit for travel.
Also the Pool chairs are kept very near to the pool which gave me a sense of discomfort to go and start swimming when other guests are having their food.
I did not take photos just to upload feedbacks. But what they have uploaded on their website is exactly how it is.
The rooms were very neat and clean. Would like to highlight the exceptional care taken by the team at night who took mother to nearby clinic at 2 AM when she was unwell.
Special thanks to the restaurant and house keeping staff for fulfilling all our requests, also would like to mention about the smooth Check in and out process. Would definitely recommend Fern Residency for a comfortable stay in Jaipur.
