It was a pleasant experience. I had certain special requirements for mattress due to my health condition. Before booking I called the hotel and spoke with Mr Chandan and he did agree to comply with my request which a few of the reputed 5☆ hotels were unable to . On my day of arrival they had made all the necessary provision . I had a comfortable stay and the team is amazing . Thankyou Chandanji ,Mr.Vikram , Mr.Gurudutt & Ms.Rashmi .

I visited Jaipur last week and had the opportunity to stay at this hotel. Overall, the experience was good, but there were a few areas that could definitely be improved. Here's a detailed review: Pros: 1. The property is located around 15–20 minutes from the main market area, which I actually found to be an advantage. The surroundings are peaceful, away from the congestion and noise, making for a relaxing stay. 2. The reception staff was courteous, efficient, and prompt throughout the check-in process. They were also kind enough to accommodate our early check-in request, which was greatly appreciated. 3. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the essential amenities required for a pleasant stay. 4. There are two excellent restaurants nearby - Thali & more and Banana Leaf. Both serve delicious food and are definitely worth trying if you're staying at the hotel. Cons: 1. We had an issue with the television and informed the staff, but it wasn't addressed until we followed up with the reception again. 2. While the room was generally clean, I did notice some dust particles on the floor, which slightly affected the overall impression. 3. The most concerning experience was with housekeeping. We requested fresh cups, but instead of replacing them, the staff member simply washed the existing cups in the bathroom sink and placed them back in the room. When we questioned this, he mentioned that this was the usual practice. We found this unhygienic and, after that incident, decided to use our own cutlery for the rest of our stay. Overall: Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The hotel's location, spacious rooms, and helpful reception staff were definite highlights. However, improving housekeeping standards, hygiene practices, and response times to guest requests would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.
The rooms decor is one of the best in Jaipur. Even much more expensive hotels can't compete with this one. The one thing that I didn't care about is the major train track literally outside the hotel. The restaurant food could be improved a bit and the prices are a little too high for Indian standards. The hotel is a little outside the tourist area which makes it hard to explore on foot.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and I'd especially like to appreciate their laundary service. I would like to appreciate Vikram Singh for his exceptional support. He was extremely professional, attentive, and went out of his way to ensure everything was handled perfectly. The laundry service was efficient and reliable—clothes were returned fresh, neatly done, and right on time. What really stood out was Vikram’s polite behavior and dedication to providing great service. He made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Such staff truly make a difference in the overall experience. Highly impressed and would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent service!
We hosted a family function in their banquet hall. The hall itself is beautiful and it's reasonably priced but what really impressed me was how cooperative and helpful the staff were. From the salesperson (Ms Neha) to the manager (Mr Sapan) to even the waiting staff, everyone responded to our requests promptly and corrected any shortcomings without any fuss. Go for the banquet here if you want a worry-free experience.
