We had a wonderful stay at ITC Rajputana Jaipur, where we visited to celebrate my husband’s birthday. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The staff was extremely courteous and welcoming, the housekeeping was impeccable, and the food was simply outstanding.
The property itself is beautiful, neat, and very well maintained, with a warm and elegant ambience. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and the consistently excellent service throughout our stay. It made our birthday celebration even more special.
Overall, a memorable experience and definitely a place we would love to visit again. Highly recommended!
I recently stayed at ITC Rajputana and had a mixed experience.
The property makes a wonderful first impression. The reception area is luxurious and grand, and the beautiful fountain at the entrance adds to its charm. The pool area is one of the highlights of the hotel, especially the dedicated kids’ pool, which my child thoroughly enjoyed. The kids’ play area is also thoughtfully designed, and the complimentary souvenir turtle for my son was a lovely gesture that we genuinely appreciated.
The breakfast, however, was average. While there were decent options, both the variety and taste could be improved. We also ordered tea and found it extremely dark and without ginger, and on another occasion, we were served coffee instead of the hot chocolate we had ordered.
The staff were always polite and courteous, but the overall service lacked attention to detail. For example, an unclean steel spoon remained in our room throughout our stay and was never replaced despite housekeeping visits. Additionally, the wardrobe in our room needed proper cleaning before guest check-in.
One staff member who deserves special appreciation is the gentleman at the entrance. He was consistently warm, welcoming, and professional, making every arrival and departure pleasant.
A small but important point for future guests: Google Maps currently directs you to the staff entrance, where guest entry is not permitted. The hotel should consider updating the map location to avoid confusion.
Overall, ITC Rajputana has excellent infrastructure, a beautiful ambience, and family-friendly facilities. However, better housekeeping, improved food quality, and more attentive service would significantly enhance the guest experience.

Our stay at ITC Rajputana was a memorable one. The property is exceptionally well maintained, beautifully designed, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The lighting throughout the hotel creates a very pleasant ambience, and the spacious grounds make it a lovely place to unwind with family. The evening local folk dance performances are a wonderful touch and give guests an authentic taste of Rajasthan’s culture.
The hotel is also very kid-friendly, and we always felt comfortable and well looked after during our stay. One thing to keep in mind is that the property is quite expansive. If your room is located on the opposite side of the reception, be prepared for a fairly long walk—around 800 steps—but the beautifully maintained surroundings make it enjoyable.
I would also like to appreciate how professionally the hotel handled a concern we encountered. We noticed a few broken glass pieces near the carpet edges and under the bed in our room. As soon as we informed the staff, they responded immediately, conducted a thorough deep cleaning, and proactively offered us another room. Their prompt action and genuine concern for guest safety, especially with a child accompanying us, were truly commendable.
A special mention goes to Mr. Saurabh, Mr. Chirag (Assistant Maintenance Manager), and Mrs. Niha Tiwari for their exceptional service, attentiveness, and hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay remained comfortable and enjoyable.
