Shiv Kumar turned out to be a wonderful host. His recommendation of food, his managing things, his involvement in service at restaurant was amazing. His superior, Mr Mahesh served as the right springboard that led us to a wonderful Rajasthani thali. One of the best I enjoyed here. Suggest they recommend it to inbound guests,or do some sampling for them. Overall, Orchid Royal is a great VFM proposition.
We absolutely loved the experience! Everything was fantastic, from the beautifully maintained rooms and warm service to the delicious food. The folk performances and traditional Kathputli dance added a lovely cultural touch to the stay. Overall, a wonderful and memorable experience. Highly recommended!
A very good hotel with convenient access to the airport. I visited for a conference and was impressed with the well-organised conference facilities and spacious hall, which is ideal for hosting large events. The hotel offers a great variety of food, and everything we tried was delicious. I also stayed at the hotel and found the rooms cosy, comfortable, and well-equipped with contemporary amenities. With a large number of rooms, good conference facilities, excellent food, and easy airport access, it is a very convenient choice for both business travellers and conferences.
We had a wonderful stay at Royal Orchid Jaipur. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bathtub in the room was amazing and made our stay even more relaxing. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained. Pool costumes are available on rent for ₹200 if you don't carry your own. The evening cultural event was a delightful experience and added a special touch to our stay. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, catering to different tastes. The staff was courteous, attentive, and always ready to help. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I would highly recommend Royal Orchid Jaipur to anyone visiting the city.
Had booked Premium pludge pool, The hotel rooms were excellent—clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The breakfast was also good, and both in-room dining and housekeeping services were prompt and reliable. However, we did experience some delays when contacting the reception. Initially, we called the reception number (9) for all our requests, but the response time was slow. Another issue was with the plunge pool. Although it was included as part of the room package, the staff initially refused to heat it, stating that they do not provide this service during summer. However, considering the premium price, guests should have the option to choose the pool temperature. After 2–3 follow-up calls, they eventually agreed to heat it, which significantly improved our overall experience. Had they not done so, it would have felt like a waste of money. One more thing they don't have smart tv with otts in it. They still have tv with gtpl only. It's modern era even small hotels have netflix, prime in them. Expect better from 5 star hotel.
