Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jaipur Gopalpura By Ihg

Stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days over a weekend. We pre-booked an early check in and that went okay until we received a room with smelly carpet on the floor and a leaking and wet bathroom. When we called to request room change they did it in under 30 minutes. The next room was fine and didn't have any major issues. Bathroom needs few small improvements. There is no slab in the shower room for me to put my products. They give the usual shampoo and body wash but of course there are more products that we use. But one needs to leave the shower room to use them while still dripping water on the floor and making it wet. The breakfast buffet really can improve. There is something wrong with their toaster. It makes the bread so dry and hard it's unchewable. The food options, though there are 2-3 main options, don't taste all that good. They're edible sure. But don't taste good. I tried a couple of things both days, but eventually stuck to sausages and cold sandwich both days. The hotel staff was helpful though. They listened and tried their best. They were also honest about the hotel room's shortcomings and didn't downplay the inconvenience it caused. Acknowledged it properly and not in a robotic/consumer management artificial way. The high rating for the hotel staff alone. The hotel is located on the main road. Nearest metro station is Vivek vihar but isn't at a walking distance. An auto ride away though.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jaipur Gopalpura. The overall experience was excellent — the rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained, the staff was polite and professional, and the breakfast had a great variety with really good taste. The atmosphere was peaceful and the entire stay felt very comfortable and welcoming. A special mention to Ms. Anju from the housekeeping team. She was extremely polite, helpful and attentive throughout the stay. Her positive attitude, efficiency and genuine care made the experience even better. She made sure everything was clean, organized and comfortable, and always greeted us with a warm smile. Really appreciate the hospitality and service. Excellent property, wonderful staff and especially great service by Anju. Would definitely love to stay here again on my next visit to Jaipur!

We had a wonderful 2-night stay here. The front desk team was very polite and quick to check us in. Our room was spotless, quiet, and had a great view of the street. Breakfast had many fresh choices. Will come back again

What stood out the most was the incredible hospitality of the staff. Every member of the team was kind, patient, and always willing to help. They were especially accommodating during our photoshoots, ensuring we had the space and support we needed while making us feel completely at ease. Their friendly attitude and attention to detail made our experience even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, the ambience was beautiful, and every aspect of the stay reflected genuine care and professionalism. I am truly grateful to the hotel for being such a wonderful hospitality partner for Miss Teen Diva 2026 and for making this journey so comfortable and memorable.
