⭐️ Extremely disappointing experience — serious concern about guest privacy and security I am genuinely disappointed with my experience at Four Points by Sheraton Jaipur, especially because I expected a hotel of this standard to have much better regard for guest privacy and security. This morning, I went downstairs to see off my mother and my cousin. Before doing so, I specifically informed the manager that I was only going to see them off and that I was NOT checking out at that time. I clearly told him that I would be returning to my room and would check out around 12 PM. I made this clear multiple times — at least three times. Despite this, a staff member was sent to my room to check whether I still had my luggage and belongings inside. No one asked for my permission before entering/checking my room. I had all my personal belongings, luggage, and other valuable items inside. This was extremely unsettling and frustrating. If the hotel needed to confirm whether I was still occupying the room, there were so many appropriate ways to handle it — they could simply have called me, spoken to me, or asked me to accompany the staff member to the room. Instead, someone was sent to check my room without my consent. For me, this isn’t simply a matter of inconvenience or poor communication. It is about privacy, personal security, and trust. When you stay at a reputed hotel and pay a significant amount for your stay, you expect your room and belongings to be treated with a certain level of respect and security. If a guest cannot feel confident that their room will not be accessed or checked without their knowledge or permission, how are we supposed to trust a hotel with our belongings and personal space? I honestly did not expect this from a hotel associated with the Sheraton brand. This experience has been extremely dissatisfying, and I hope the management takes this matter seriously and ensures that proper protocols regarding occupied rooms and guest privacy are followed in the future.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was courteous, I would especially like to appreciate Mr Subrata and Mr Vikram for their warm hospitality, professionalism, and helpful nature. They were always attentive and made sure everything was taken care of. The location was convenient, and I enjoyed my stay. I would consider staying here again.
We stayed here for a night with our family and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, the staff was courteous, and the breakfast was really nice with a good variety of options. However, one major disappointment was that the swimming pool was under maintenance during our stay. We unfortunately didn’t check this while booking, but it was a big letdown, especially when travelling with family and choosing a hotel expecting to enjoy the pool. Overall, the stay was good, but without access to the pool, we didn’t feel the experience was quite worth the price. Would recommend checking the pool availability before booking.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and every staff member made us feel genuinely welcome and well taken care of. A special thanks to Yuvraj from Housekeeping, who ensured our room was always spotless and comfortable. We also want to appreciate Resham and Abhay from the F&B team, who served us during breakfast and dinner. They were courteous, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile, making every meal a pleasant experience. We would also like to thank the rest of the team who contributed to making our stay so enjoyable. Their professionalism, warmth, and dedication truly stood out. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jaipur and look forward to staying here again. Keep up the excellent work!
Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Behavior of Swimming Pool/Gym Staff This morning, we visited the swimming pool area and requested towels, which were provided by the gym/swimming pool in-charge. While leaving the pool area, near the lift, the staff member informed us that the towels could not be taken to our rooms. We explained that we did not have our room towels with us at that time and politely requested permission to take the pool towels to our room temporarily, assuring him that we would return them later. However, he responded in a rude and disrespectful manner, insisting that we leave the towels immediately and that they could not be taken to our rooms under any circumstances. As a result, we had no option but to hand over the towels on the spot, causing significant inconvenience. One member of our group was left in an uncomfortable situation, having to return without proper cover. When we expressed our dissatisfaction and mentioned that we would raise a complaint regarding his behavior, he arrogantly replied, "You can." We are disappointed by the unprofessional, arrogant, and insensitive attitude displayed by the staff member. Regardless of the hotel's policy regarding towels, guests should be treated with courtesy and respect. Such behavior is unacceptable and negatively impacts the guest experience. We request that this matter be looked into and appropriate action be taken to ensure that guests are treated professionally in the future. Thank you.
